I use this on a 5D Mk IV and the fit is perfect. The only thing that I don't have access to is the AF Area Selection Button adjacent to the Multi Controlled, but as I use that infrequently it isn't a problem for me, The included screen protector fitted perfectly.

Bought this today for my Canon 5Ds It fits fantastically and the added bonus was the rear screen protector. Its not the sort that sticks to the back of the LCD but it fits inside the silicon screen aperture of the case. Highly recommended!
