Dry not useful
It came completely dry not able to use

1 of the 2 I ordered had the paint dried up, so it was unusable. But the other workable one was fine to use., though the paint had an odd smell.

The quality of this product is really bad. The tube is not designed to handle the pressure hence it start to blow up outside the tube
