Great product and service

So far the unit is detecting water level and controlling the pump as advertised. There doesn't appear to be 100 meter wireless or wifi function as mentioned in the specifications and instruction sheet.

Bright display, can’t change readings to us standards or 12 hour time setting. no information on start or stop pump cycles. The physical equipment seems good just the software and manual need upgrades Still working it out.

Straight forward easy setup. Screen is very dim, not clear if this just my unit defect or if it can be changed. I can barely read the screen under normal light. I bought the unit in US but use in Kenya. With frequent power outages. The clock has no memory and needs to be reset after power loss. (So far the pump settings seem to stay) Most of all annoying, no need for clock. The control seems to be made for wall mounting. To mount it the front cover needs to be removed it seems. No instruction on how to install the control unit or how to remove the cover without breaking it.

Failed after a few months. Water tank went empty but it should have been alarming at 50%. Screen is very dim. Documentation is very poor.

Il y a quelques problèmes avec cet indicateur de niveau. Premièrement, l’alarme sonore est très déplaisante et impossible à mettre mode silencieux pour tout le temps. J’ai du dessouder le haut parleur. Deuxièmement, il y a un emplacement pour mettre une batterie, mais aucune indication de quel type de batterie il est nécessaire. Ça serait pratique pour garder en mémoire lors d’ une panne de courant. Troisièmement, lorsque en mode niveau bas l’interrupteur ne reste pas en mode ouvert assez longtemps pour remplir le réservoir. J’utilise un faible débit pour remplir et il arrête la pompe de remplissage liquide le niveau est à la moitié. En terminant, la température de l’eau ne semble pas précise si tout.

Funciona excelente solo que hay que conectar el alambre del tinaco hasta el monitor. Algo mejor sería si tuviera wifi.

El equipo no es muy exacto, la temperatura nunca fue media correctamente y cuando el condensado en la tapa llegaba al equipo mandaba información errónea y alarmas. Compraré un sensor por cable para reemplazarlo ya que es mulesto se alarme constantemente

Dos meses y la unidad ha fallado, alarma de bajo nivel de agua en tanque lleno. Pero el “enchufe inteligente” no es muy inteligente, parpadeó en rojo durante tres semanas y nada de lo enchufado funcionó, luego parpadeó en verde durante dos semanas y todo funcionó, ¡ahora parpadea en rojo otra vez! No tengo ni idea de lo que está haciendo...
