The product is good and so far has eliminated painful night leg cramps which is a great relief ! The contents of the bottle is good and will definitely reorder keeping fingers crossed that the next bottle arrives intact and not damaged as this one was. The packaging was far too big with its contents not protected and squashed. Will reorder, possibly subscribe!

I found these to be effective. I do combine with a magnesium spray at bedtime though. But these alone do seem to have stopped my tired legs. I do however find them difficult to swallow. For one they are quite large but even broken in half the texture seems to stick and they take a while to swallow them. I take a few different tablets and this is the only tablet I have had an issue swallowing. My husband has the same issue with this so I know it’s not just me. Possibly the won’t buy again because of this if I can find an alternative with similar reviews.

I don't usually write reviews but have been taking these in the evenings. I feel its helped my anxiety all the way into the following day and I wish I'd started taking this sooner. With cheaper brands I've not heard of before, I can doubt whether they are really going to have in them what they claim. And it can be hard when there are loads of products listed, to choose which one to get. But I took a punt on these but I can honestly say they do something, so if it helps someone choose between all the different, similar ones listed, I am glad to help !
