The light is very bright and lights the room like daylight. The colour temp can be adjusted and there is a useful night mode to dimly light the room.The controller and mobile app works via Bluetooth but you can only have one paired to the light at a time.I bought this to replace a bar with 8 GU10 spotlights on it. This light from this is much better as it just floods the room rather that a focussed point of light.Very happy!

This light is very bright on its highest level bit of a pain to put together but looks great

Crap lighting is 2 different colours at the same time. Spoke with Amazon didn't care as you can see in the photo its the same fitting with the different lighting mode. Don't buy

Item was fairly straightforward to assemble, or it would have been if it had been manufactured correctly, 2 of the light rings are installed incorrectly (see photo) my choices where to return and get a refund, rewire it, either cut the wires or remove all the heat shrink and hope there were connections that I could unplug and swap about (then invalidate any warranty) or put 2 of the rings on with 1 bolt and nut, I chose the last option because I'm lazy. Now onto the light and fan itself, I replaced a very large ceiling fan, this new one is better, I expected it to be crap so I was quite surprised but you can really feel it. The most important thing was how bright it is as I need really bright rooms, and it was very very bright. All in all, apart the the manufacturing error that made it loose 1 star this light is great. Remote works well and if you set the app up on you phone, turn the light on at the wall/switch and within a couple of seconds push the connect button on the app, should connect straight away.

Looked like it should be a lovely light unfortunately we didn't get to see it up as the assembly didn't work out as holes didn't line up so couldn't attach two of the rings Why did you choose this product over others?:Different look , for light and fan combo
