It 'Works' well and 'Feels' good!
I waited about 3 months before writing this review. The toilet works great! We bought this initially for my handicapped son who cannot clean himself and we hoped this would make it easier my wife and myself. It does! We have never used a bidet before but have consider them. We needed to replace our toilet and the cost for the Loupusuo Toilet was very close to the cost of a new toilet with a bidet adaptor, so we opted to go all in. Everyone likes and enjoys the toilet. The heated seat is wonderful in the winter months and the bidet flow and adjustability allow us to 'hit the spot' perfectly. And it is nice to open and close the seat without touching anything.Installation was pretty simple. I had to move my water inlet over a few inches which turned out to be pretty simple. The instructions are a little lite but easy to figure out. I had a couple questions that I sent to Loupusuo and got a very quick response. We have had NO issues with the toilet. It flushes well and fast. Not to be gross, but I could plug up my old toilet. This toilet pushes everything through. The toilet looks clean and cleans very easily. We are now considering another toilet for the master bedroom.

Great unit, Love the functions and looks good!
I really like the look and functions of this unit. Not having the water tank gives it an elegant design. The functions I really enjoy are the automatic flush and foot sensor for men for touchless seat opening. Setting up was pretty straight forward. Weeks after installation I had a minor issue but I just used the QR code located on the unit to contact support. They quickly solved my issue. I will buy again when it comes time to replace my next toilet.

Great Toilet With Lots Of Features - Looks Great Too!
The media could not be loaded. This is our first 'smart toilet' and we are very happy with it. So happy, in fact, that we bought a second one to install in our half bath. The Good:We really love the heated seat, the heated bidet, the moving bidet wand, and many other great features. I especially like how you can use the toilet without ever touching it with your hand, thanks to the 'kick sensor' for flushing or opening the seat. One of the best things about this toilet is the customer service. When it arrived, the hose was crimped so it didn't flush very well. I reached out to the company through Amazon, and they were VERY responsive. They sent me an entirely new lid and hoses free of charge. Once it arrived, I had everything installed and working in just minutes.I also want to say that in many reviews, people said that the flushing was too loud. This hasn't been my experience. While it isn't quiet by any means, it seems like a normal amount of noise for a flush. It doesn't wake my wife up while she is in the bedroom right through the door, so it is fine. The Bad:One minor complaint is that the air dry feature doesn't blow very hard. We don't mind it, but it would be nice if it were a little more powerful. Also, the toilet seat cover opens automatically whenever someone walks by. This is really great, but I wish I could turn the sensitivity down a little bit, as it opens when I am walking to the sink or whatever. No big deal, but just a little suggestion. One last thing that could be improved. When the toilet flushes, I wish the lid closed first rather than closing after the flush. That would be more sanitary. Again, not a huge deal.Overall, even with those few little issues, we are very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone so we are giving it 5 stars.

Happy enough. Price is great. Minor improvements suggested...
Message to troglodytes:A smart toilet with a bidet/washlette is a huge improvement over the last few century's paper wipe toilets for around the same price. Get one if you are tired of looking at dirty underwear and enjoy knowing you are clean down there. As an added benefit, you will save a couple hundred dollars each year on toilet paper.I splurged for the L02 MAX because I preferred the way it looked and had the features I wanted. The customer service for this distributor is very accommodating, but you can only contact them via Amazon's convoluted system. Hard to get there, but rewarding when you finally do. You do have to be patient due to language/tech-bro issues, but they remedied an issue I had (lid was failing to auto-open) politely and quickly. This very reasonably priced smart toilet replaced a 10 year old Toto G400 that cost $2k back in the day. This unit's bowl stays spotless! The flushing action is fantastic and the finish is like glass. The bowl light (something the TOTO didn't have) is soft and works as intended... you don't have to fully wakeup when doing a midnight run. The washlette is sufficient, although the first little bit of water is cold. The seat stays warm. The temperature is in Celsius and you cannot change it to Fahrenheit. There are only three settings so they would be better off with 123 or ABC than sticking those of us who are not accustomed to it with Celsius. Come to think of it, not sure why the static readout is even necessary since I doubt you will change it much. Unlike the Toto it doesn't have memorized settings for more than one person, but we never used them anyway.Design could be improved since it has unnecessary tight corners, holes, lips and edges(lid, cover, hinges) which makes everything other than the bowl difficult to clean unless you have very tiny fingers. The cleaning instructions only tell you what not to use (many things) not any suggestions on what you can use, to avoid damaging the plastic lid/seat surfaces. The instructions could use improvement. My plumber and I (architect) could not figure out how to remove the top and didn't want to risk breaking it, so we had to try to reach around inside to secure the water line. Once my very expensive plumber left (with a half-done installation) I watched a video from another model that showed it's just a matter of gently (suggest you wrap tool with a towel or rag) prying with a screwdriver/chisel/prybar until it pops off the fittings. THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT'S UNUSUAL! The distributor did finally send me a graphic from another instruction manual, but that took over 24 hours and I had already trudged through. As another reviewer has mentioned, you also need to unscrew the waterline coming from the toilet and it will be pressurized behind the fitting so you can expect it to loudly pop and spit out it's plastic guts. Good luck finding it if you weren't prepared to catch it! Plumber left the flange bolts for me to tighten up once I figured out how to remove the top. The valve fitting comes with two adjusters if you need them, the default worked for me. It does use a compression fitting, like many toilet supply valves. The foot sensor for the seat is difficult to use because it's range of motion detection is less than a half inch and it's hard to find it with your foot if you are standing directly over it. A protruding button would be FAR better. The only solution I have found is to stand to the side so you can see where to place your foot. Good luck if you are in a hurry! The remote control is a hit/miss and unless your holding it in your hand while over the toilet it will often fight you. Better to get used to the button on the side of the toilet.Unlike the Toto, I am seeing this complaint with a lot of the current smart toilets so can't fault the distributor... a very odd aspect is how it waits for 2-3 minutes before it flushes after you walk away from a standing use, but if you use the air dryer via the remote it flushes instantly, sprinkling your bare bottom with water you don't want. Since the air dryer isn't strong enough accomplish much (Toto was like a mini blow-dryer), I simply quit using it and just do an extra pat or two with the paper, but it is a flaw that needs remedied. The Toto would wait to flush until the lid closed after you raised from the seat (or left the motion sensor area if standing) which was far more sanitary as far as airborne debris (substantial if you ever watch the many videos on it).And for toilet designers in the future... you should be able to set the default action between the lid only and the lid/seat. Mine is near my home office and there's a 5:1 ratio of needing the lid/seat to rise compared to the lid only. After all of this, the fact that this toilet flushes so well, the bowl itself stays so clean and it's so attractive with it's led rave light, it negates the general design shortcomings.
