Ignore the comments about being too harsh, if heads are genuine solvent heads and not been replaced for cheaper water based heads either knowingly or unknowingly, it won’t harm solvent heads, only water based as water based heads use none solvent resistant adhesive/ plastic so the nozzle plate adhesive seal goes and kills the heads. This is owner error not the cleaner, I’ve used this many times to unblock dx4 solvent heads I though originally couldn’t be saved

Used the product In single shot cartridge to clean the print head using a head clean and the fluid dissolves the plastic on the body of the print head and waste pad plastic shells.This is not designed for plastic bodied printers it is too harsh.The Epson branded shipping/cleaning fluid is safe and non corrosive.This is hazardous and very dangerous.For clarity I work for a company where we service and repair printers of which we have over 500 printers.I am experienced in this field and have a double A level in engineering.Do not buy this product!!
