Great stuff
I tried to put 5 stars but for some reason it would not work. This stuff works great! I don't feel it. It doesn't force me to sleep but it allows me to stay asleep better. No groggy feeling at all the next day. I've had the best sleep the last few nights. I love it!

Lamentablemente, sufro de insomnio. He probado Melatonina, me da mucho dolor de cabeza al día siguiente. También té, pero nada. Desde que una amiga lo recomendó. Duermo mucho mejor, estoy agradecida por su recomendación. De corazón, lo recomiendo.

These are a blessing
If you have broken sleep, can’t sleep or whatever these really are the best. Melatonin doesn’t work for me. My anxiety gets bad at night right when I close my eyes, but I start thinking about tasks I need to do for the next day and I’m out of there. I usually take 1 pill about 15 minutes before I want to sleep. I’ve experienced, thinking these pills don’t make a difference. They surly do! When I don’t take it, I wake up every 3 hours or so and can’t fall back asleep for a while. With these, I’m knocked out until my alarm goes off. I do believe they are non habit forming. I’ve taken these daily (except for my experimental days) since April. I would be so sleep deprived if it wasn’t for this.

Unisome SleepGels are okay, but they're definitely not the Unisome PM Pain pills
These Unisom SleepGels, for nighttime sleep aid, are okay; however, they do not work like the Unisom Nighttime PM Pain pills. I have ordered the Unisom nighttime p.m. pain medication for many years, and then all of a sudden, they were no longer available on Amazon. That said, I reviewed some other Unisom sleep-aid products and found this one, the sleepgels, but I have to take four of them, double the PM Pain pills, to help me fall asleep.
