I was listening to the news and they had a medical piece on curing menapausal symptoms. The doctor said to combine evening primrose with red clover and black cohosh. I was already taking synthetic estrogen and wanted to get off but the hot flashes were soooo bad. I decided it couldn’t hurt to try and I was amazed! These 3 supplements worked just as good as the prescription hormone without the increased risk of breast cancer!! I got all 3 on Amazon and they absolutely work!!

I've been using this brand of Evening Primrose for several weeks now for several weeks for treating menopausal, pcos, inflammation symptoms etc..It works wonderful for these ailments and so much more, like skin health too! Also, my daughter age 32 suffers from severe PCOS with major symptoms from PCOS like, heavy bleeding, serious mood changes, cramping, skin problems, you name it! I recently shared some of my Evening Primrose gel capsules with her and she is Soo Amazed! It literally had stopped the heavy heavy bleeding, clotting etc., she's been having consistently for going on 3 years now..Even the doctor told her, she may need a blood transfusion because of the heavy bleeding that caused her iron levels to become extremely low..She now says, the Evening Primrose Is An Answer From God, she Really Needed, Not synthetic birth control methods that can cause serious side effects, even cancer.

I just wanted to write a quick review on this product because it has literally saved me, it stopped my hot flashes in two days. I'm peri menopausal i took this on the second day of my cycle and it stopped the cramping within two hours and the heaviness within 24 hours. Previously, I had trouble sleeping I'd wake up drenched as if I'd been in the shower in the middle of the night but no more. My hot flashes left me the same night I started it and now I sleep like a rock. I no longer wake up sweating or constantly I'm just out, all night out. I'm no longer an insomniac.I wake up earlier, rested and ready for the day. Evening primrose oil is amazing i will definitely continue to take i do keep mine refrigerated just in case. I have also had zero weirdness with this, it has not altered my moods in any way except I feel more patient and I don't freak out over anything. I have tons more energy also and have started to work out.

So my phlebotomist was telling me that she swears by evening primrose for PMS and the change. I had heard of using it for the change before but not for pms symptoms. I started giving it to my teens a week before their periods and I can't believe the difference in their moods. Also my teen daughter swears her periods are lighter when she's on this. I also started taking it as I'm in my mid 40's and getting closer to the change. My breasts no longer hurt the week before my periods and also I'm noticing lighter shorter periods. I feel it's directly because of these pills. I only take one a day and plan to keep taking them until my cycles cease. Also my hot flashes have ceased. I don't know but I do feel it's directly related to taking these pills and I'll continue to stay on them.

Using this in preparation for labor. I'm a week into taking it and on day 3 of taking it baby dropped into position but I won't know if it helps with labor itself for a while! So far so good no complaints the jar smells absolutely AWFUL so I was scared to take them but there's no taste and no after taste ether.

I bought these after I mentioned to my obgyn that I suffer from terrible breast pain around my time of the month and she recommended I try taking evening primrose oil. This has completely gotten rid of it! On the rare occasion I actually experience any pain it's more on the level of slight discomfort. I've been taking these everyday for about 7 months now and I'm still in awe that I have no more pain.

I started taking these thinking it would help me with endometriosis etc. once I was down to about 7 pills, I decided to squeeze one open out of sheer curiosity. I regretted that to the 20th power. What came out of that capsule smelled disgusting, fishy, nauseating and deadly. It shot all over my clothes and body. After taking a shower, I still smelled like that skunky pill. I threw the rest in the trash because number 1; I felt no improvement after taking them for a month, and 2; I cannot put something into my body that smells that bad. It was a very disturbing experience to think that I had been taking them all along while they smelled like that. What is really inside those capsules?
