Good battery!!
The Garmin Venu 3 is an awesome watch for fitness and everyday use. It tracks workouts, heart rate, sleep, and even helps with recovery. The screen is bright and easy to read, and the battery lasts over a week. I love that I can take calls and listen to music right from the watch. It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it if you want something reliable and full of features.

Buh-bye, Fitbit
I've used Fitbits for nearly a decade. I wasn't happy with recent changes in the app and wanted better health tracking. Also appears that Google is paring down the Fitbit line. I also did NOT want the bulk and weight of a smart watch (tried it, hated it). The Venu 3S is the only Garmin that fit my small wrist, and I wouldn't mind if it were a bit smaller. However, the GPS on this watch rocks. If I want to use the watch for texting or phone calls, I can - but I disabled those features. Sleep tracking is more accurate than any Fitbit has been for me. Activity tracking is great. Fall detection is a nice safety feater. There's more to this watch than on a Fitbit, so there's a learning curve - but it's not difficult to use. Venu 3S charges fast and holds a charge for days. I'm sold on Garmin. The features and durability are worth every penny.

Just buy it already!
Beautiful watch. I’ve yet to see how it functions over time as I’ve only had it for about a week but I love everything about it. The main app is super customizable and easy to follow. I’m able to track everything I need plus a ton of extra options for more advanced runners. The battery has lasted the entire week I’ve only charged it once. No complaints other than it’s a very delicate watch, make sure to get a screen protector or you will have scruffs on it right away. I’m an active person but nothing crazy and I already have scuffs after one week so I ordered a protector. The accuracy is insane! If you’re on the fence about this or another brand, I’d highly suggest trying this out. Will never go back to the Apple Watch after switching to garmin!

I'm glad that I didn't wait for my next paycheck before buying it
I was about to wait for my next paycheck before investing in this Garmin, but I am so glad that I just went for it! I didn't notice that I had bought the S version rather than the standard, but the size is fine because I have relatively thin bones. The watch is comfortable and integrates smoothly with my smartphone, and I can sleep with it without any discomfort.I have been using this watch for a little more than a week, and ever since using this watch, I have been diligently reaching my walking goals and easily monitoring my heart rate and recovery time. Paradoxically, I used to aim for 5 heavy weightlifting workouts per week, but because this watch monitors my physiology with reasonable accuracy, I have started listening to its recovery time and heavy training "only" three days per week, and the quality of my workouts and focus has been ,much much better. (I was concerned about not burning enough calories, so I make up for that in steps while my muscles recover.)I have never owned Apple or Samsung watches, so I cannot say that this is "better" or "worse," but I am aware that it was designed more specifically for comfort and fitness, and I could not be happier with this investment

Overall great watch
The watch has a great appearance, and function. It has a great display, and the built-in GPS is super accurate. it's a great smartwatch that keeps up with all the daily tracking services, like steps and heart rate. I like the sleep monitoring features but take that with a grain of salt on what insight it gives. I probably wouldn't buy this watch if it wasn't on sale, but if you you're not a big outdoor adventure person that wants a watch for daily tracking and exercise this watch is great for that! My biggest gripe is that the battery doesn't last as advertised. Garmin says 14 days but it's more like 6 without always on and just having heatbeat tracking on. It does charge in less than 2hrs from zero percent.

Great value, nice looking, good features.
bought this watch for my 14 year old son who wanted a smart watch with sports capabilities. We went to the garmin because my son has a very thin wrist and most of the others were too large or had the rectangle shape which did not look nice. This, while formally a womans watch is really unisex and is a good goto for a small wrist. The weight is also acceptable for a kid with a small thin build, so should be good for most anyone. The other advantage of this watch is the good battery life compared to similar watches. He does not really use the heart rate sensor, however we have checked it several times vs a manual count and it seems to be doing a good job. He enjoys the sound quality and is connected to blue tooth quite a bit (need to remember the watch capapilities when we make him put away his phone and screens and the watch can connect to them). The color is nice, and now with a few months on his wrist - despite having a white band - it has retained its color nicely. Value for money - definately when comparing to other similar watches. I don't think there is a good reason to jump to the next generation watch. Sports tracking is also working well, although it has not been through very rugged training and have not tried all that many different sports.
