Q: is the zipper on 3 sides or just one?

I used to have allergy cover with zipper on 3 sides. I thought only on 1 this that this cover would be very hard to get on. But I just slide my mattress off the end of my bed, basically stood it upright leaning against the wall/leaning against the bedframe (my bedframe is taller than most, just fyi, being a drawer frame) and this zipper on only 1 end was actually EASIER to slide on my mattress than my old one!!!! I was so surprised!!!! I guess bc less material to move around and "get away from me" under the mattress??? Hope this answer helps you all :)

Q: Very crinkly and noisy. Will washing it help?

I always wash linens before putting them on my bed. If it’s still too crinkly, try some fabric softener. I washed mine with regular detergent, and dried with a dryer sheet. Soft and comfortable now.

Q: What's included with this? does it come with pillow cases, mattress protector and box spring protector?

Mattress cover only. !00% cotton, zippered protector. There is a smell that goes away with washing. I washed mine before putting it on the mattress. Bought a second one for another mattress. The only 100% cotton protector I've ever been pleased with.
