This is great for what it's intended use is. I love working out with these, as opposed to weights, and with the same effects. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't come with instructions on how to use the different components, and I have no idea how you're even supposed to use that door anchor.

I have been working with resistance training for quite some time, and this product meets the quality and standards of the equipment I have been using. Well my girlfriend got this kit and I have been using it, but realized quickly how great of a deal this was and had to get my own set. With the right exercises this kit can get you fit in no time and strengthen your core. They throw in a bonus juicer that is excellent for making fresh protein drinks with the capacity to add various fruits right into the mix, and the ability to take it on the go.
