Love, love it. I can control it from the app on my phone and I have even linked it up to Alexa. I can tell Alexa to turn it on, to turn it off, and to put it on sleep mode which disengages the lights that distract me when I'm sleeping, all without leaving my recliner. It's extremely easy to refill, but 6L of water is hard to tote if you are frail or have arthritic hands. I use regular tap water although it would be better to use distilled, I don't have the room to store gallons of distilled water. You just have to be diligent to clean it regularly so as to avoid lime buildup--it will send a notification to your phone when it has run 100 hrs and wants to be cleaned. It will alert you when it's out of water and shuts itself off. It has a cool mist or you can choose warm mist, there are three levels of mist strength that you can choose. You can run it on automatic or manual adjustmentOn some occasions it makes a groaning noise on a higher setting but that's doesn't happen all the time, It's kind of temporary. Otherwise it is very very quiet. I will pleased with it and would highly recommend it. It helps stabilize the temperature in my house. when there's more humidity I don't feel like I'm cold one minute and hot the next. My dogs don't have static electricity when I touch them, which is great because they don't appreciate getting shocked from static electricity. And the humidity helps your mucous membranes from getting all dried out in the winter.

I just bought mine about a week ago and it has saved me in ways I didn't realize I needed for years. The push was with the recent LA fires and then in San Diego. The air quality was moderate—in the yellow–orange range and the dryness was intense. I couldn't breathe without coughing, my nose would start to water to counteract the dryness, sleeping became more difficult and there are other signs with skin, hair, and more. Then a week later I caught the flu or cold, and needed this humidifier to help. I'd say this machine has been working like a power house for the last 2 weeks or so. I haven't really turned it off since then, except for a few minutes here and there. It does an outstanding job. I've been using diffusers for years and they are too small with little power to be able to change the overall humidity of an entire room. I spent hours comparing humidifiers to get my Dad the best one as he's recovering from throat cancer treatments with the radiation leaving him with severe damage. He has to carry a bottle of water for his dry mouth, the radiation burnt his saliva glands and taste buds so I wanted a humidifier that offered both warm and cool mist so he could adjust to what was most comfortable for him since warm tends to feel best but can swell nasal passages and cool actually opens them. I also needed a 2nd humidifier for my husband who has breathing fits. THIS IS THE BEST HUMIDIFIER I believe I could have bought. It has all the features, you can adjust the direction of the mist, it's lightweight and easy to move from room to room if desired and the sponge for essential oils makes the house smell wonderful!!!! My husband got his early before Christmas, I won't know until after Christmas how much it helps my Dad but I know his wife will enjoy the best air freshener available! And the cost was affordable, best choice I ever made on a gift and for my own home, I can't get over how much better my house smells walking in. Having 2 dogs and 2 cats takes its toll. If you're in the market for a humidifier and don't need all the "smart" controls, this is the perfect one! It lives up to its statements of longevity, you don't have to constantly refill the water and when you do, it's simple and mess free! I would buy this again for anyone, it's a great gift, better than any essential oil diffuser with the bonus of being a dual temp humidifier!
