desertcart.com: Who Pooped on Me?: 9780997567366: David Cunliffe, Ivan Barrera: Books Review: A Silly Whodunit That Hit the Mark! - Given my four-year-old’s current stage where anything related to bodily functions is the height of comedy, "Who Pooped on Me?" was a title I couldn't pass up. She was giggling before we even cracked the cover. The story itself, is trying to discover who, well, did the deed on the main character's head, kept her amused. She really got into trying to guess which animal was responsible. What I Liked (Pros): Spot-On Toddler Humor: The whole "poop" situation is handled in a very lighthearted and funny way that kids this age seem to universally appreciate. Fun Guessing Game: My daughter was quite invested in figuring out the mystery as the main character questioned different animals. It definitely kept her attention. Lively Pictures: The illustrations are really bright and expressive, which helped her connect with the story and the different animal characters. Simple Words, Good Repetition: The language isn't complicated, and there are some phrases that repeat, which is great for her as she’s starting to try and "read" along with words she recognizes. What I Didn't Love So Much (Cons): "Poop" is a Frequent Flyer: If you're not a fan of hearing the word "poop" repeatedly, this book might test your limits. We found it funny, but it's definitely a central focus. Story is Pretty Basic: It’s a very straightforward mystery for the very young. It serves its purpose for a quick, funny read but isn't a complex narrative. Overall: This was a really fun book that got plenty of laughs out of my daughter. If your little one is in that phase where potty talk is peak humor and they enjoy a simple, colorful story with a bit of a guessing game, "Who Pooped on Me?" is likely to be a hit. It led to some good giggles for us. Review: Chaos in book form - Five stars. If you want your kid or nephew running around the house yelling “WHO POOPED ON ME?!”, this is absolutely the gift for you. It’s silly, ridiculous, and somehow becomes their favorite phrase overnight. The book is cute, engaging, and totally worth the laughs (and mild embarrassment in public). No regrets. Would buy again.

Favorite at Preschool
I'm a Preschool teacher and my kids LOVE this book. We are a dual language school and this book was so genuinely hilarious it bridged the language gap. When I found it came in spanish to, it was even better! They constantly ask to read it over and over and we find new ways to bring it to life during the story. They know the book so well they pull it out and have pretend circle time and read it to each other. Its adorable when a story brings a whole class together. Very few books do that. I highly recommend it. Its a hit every year.

very cute
Cute story. Simple pictures. Little kids will enjoy this one. Especially the ones a little older like 4-5 year olds. It fits their potty humor phase

It's a silly book-just like you expect.
The book is almost exactly as expected. Silly with vivid illustrations. My only issue is that these two pages seem to have been printed incorrectly and still placed in the book. 😑 My 3 year old grandson isn't going to mind, but I do. 🤷🏼♀️

This book is not poopy!
Bought this for my great niece for Christmas. Her dad read it aloud to her and the adults sitting around the tree. He declared: "This may be my favorite book for kids or adults."
