I’m glad ii washed this before sending it back!
The media could not be loaded. So this is the way it came it was dirty and I did a video on that and then I decided to wash the items and they came out clean( something like this should come to the customer already clean and ready to work with) but once I washed it, I scratched at it and found out how to remove the thin layer of film protection. So I stand corrected this item does have the protection but because it’s so dirty you may not be able to see it.
