First of , the LED batten arrived without any damage. Thanks to the amazing packaging by amazon. Unlike the old CFL tubes these don't need a big holder.This LED tube light comes integrated with the holder. You have to remove the old tube light fitting before installing this one. It comes with clamps and screws. Nothing else to buy, can be installed on wall right out of the box with the help of clamp and screws.The box also contains installation manual.●●THINGS I LIKE●●- Easy installation- Much longer lifespan than fluorescent- Includes good instructions- Quality packaging- Quality build and product- Very efficient, low energy consumption.- Very pleasant light compared to my fluorescent 6100K bulbs...which seemed harsher now in comparison.- Cold does not affect this bulb. After it comes on it is fully lit...unlike the fluorescent bulbs that take a while to come on fully in the cold.- They don't get as hot as fluorescence light bulbs. If you have light with paper shades that are only a half foot or less from fluorescence lights youmay have noticed over extended use, discoloration in the shade; these lights shouldn't discolor your shades.After everything was done I can definitely say that these lamps are brighter than the fluorescent tubes they replaced. It just consumes 22w and delivers 2400 lumens bright light with a Color Temperature of 6500K. I compared it with a 40W cfl tube from crompton greaves and the LED batten was slightly brighter and cooler. Also there isn't much of shadow.Old Fluorescent tubes are also naturally frosted and not at all difficult to look at directly especially against the wide reflector. On the other hand the LED tube is a strip of bright pin-point lights, which is harsh to look at especially against the reflector.And finally it comes with 2 yr warranty. If anything goes wrong within that period then give them a call at 1800 425 1969 and get the address of your area retailer or distributor and show the copy of bill and get it replace with new one in case of any manufacturing related problem.Knowing what I know now, would I buy this product again? This LED light is really bright!!!! This is 2400 Lumen LED light and is much brighter than a normal 36W Tubelight. Just to compare it with a normal TL, I also purchased a 2400 lumen Bajaj Tube light for 50 Rs.The normal Tube light was no match for the brightness this LED TL produces. It is good to be used in the living room or Hall for reading purpose, but would not recommend this LED TL for bedroom as I personally don't want to see such bright lights before going to bed.This is Whitish light and not the yellow light we are so used to from the Tube lights. It does feel like the day light and will take a little time to get used to this. This is what makes it really bright compared to the same lumen output from a normal Tube light.This apart we have the power savings for a 22W vs 36W and the longer life. As it ages It does not blacken on the corners like the normal tube lights, there by reducing the light output. It is expensive compared to the 50 Rs Tube light but should pay back in a year of usage with power savings. I have used it for only month now though.Nice packing and safely delivered by Amazon. Installation is very easy and we can use the same drilled holes and wiring for a normal TL.

Quality is really goood, performence is also good, value for money product and the best part is that I didn't have to use drill it Fit my old led light holder, durability I say in future and also energy efficiency as well.

I am writing this review after months of use and I must say the product is upto the mark. But if you are buying the product by thinking of its warranty service. Never go for any product of Wipro. Their after sale service is a big zero. I haven't received a replacement even after one year of complaining. Its never gonna happen. I have never seen such an irresponsible bunch of employees who are not ashamed to tell that we are not responsible for Online purchases. If they aren't ready to provide service why do they list it over here? I recommend Amazon to remove all their listings as they are reluctant to offer service. I request you to kindly switch to any other manufacturer. I made a purchase last year a quantity of 10 nos. out of 10, 3 weren't working after 5 months of usage. If you're looking for a use and throw batten then i recommend wipro. Otherwise i suggest a BIG NOOOOO.

I bought this product as a combo of 4 pieces. The third piece had a defective clip (refer the image) that is to be used to fix the tube. Since two other items are already used, I am left with no option to return. The clip is not available in the local market (without the tube).I have seen other reviews also where it is mentioned that some pieces were defective. The tube is bright and seems to be good (for the two which I could fix). But buying this item from Amazon is risky as you may get a defective item. Giving a lower rating for the defective pieces.
