It’s beautiful and functional! It matches the faucet in my kitchen and stays put when you pull off a sheet of the paper towel. I also like the tension rod that keeps the the paper towels in place. It’s a little pricey, but for all the money I’ve wasted on other types of holders I think this one is by far the best one. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for!

The dispenser is really well designed. The presser arm provides light, even tension: just enough to (usually) allow one-handed dispensing, regardless of how many towels remain on the roll. The base is heavy enough to be stable. A big improvement over our old dispenser (from a different company).

I saw this rated the best paper towel holder on America's Test Kitchen and it did not disappoint - I can rip a portion off and the holder stays steady - so glad I spent a little extra.

It works great. It makes it easy to tear off only the number ot towels you need.

Amazing quality, looks great

The side spring arm really helps with holding the paper towel roll while ripping off a sheet. But, it is larger than I anticipated. The base is large and thick, so it really stands out on the counter. It’s also taller than I expected. So I’m not using it in the kitchen, as it was an eyesore. But, it’s working great for a roll of paper towels in the garage. Functional—absolutely. Aesthetically pleasing—not so much.

This thing is expensive but it works VERY well. Good quality.

I recently learned about SimpleHuman after getting dish drying rack from costco. They make really nice stuff!My previous paper towel holder was driving me nuts, try to tear a sheet off and it never really worked. This one has a constant pressure arm that keeps the roll from free spinning. Couldn't be happier.
