Great price for effective optical refraction demo kit! I love that it works for the price point. I didn't expect top quality, but it is decent and does a great job doing exactly as intended: optical light refraction using lasers and various shaped lens and reflective surfaces. Very happy. Just received today and already played around with it. Perfect to demo optical refraction to class. I'm considering buying a second set. Good thing to know is the tiny knobs on the top of the unit adjust to align the lasers.

It's a great set. Works well for smaller groups of students or for an overhead camera to project the behavior of light.

Lights are not parallel.

I bought three sets of these for my 7th grade students to explore light waves. At first I was disappointed that some of the lights shot off to the side but then my students pointed out the knows on the top allow you to reset the light direction. It was a great demonstration for them how light can be bent as it moves through different mediums.

I bought this for a child’s birthday party to go with a physics book on light. Cannot use as the experiments are not in English. It’s missing a part. Very unhappy.

Each laser line generator can be smoothly adjusted, so that the resulting 3 lines will be equally spaced. That is important when demonstrating ray traces of various optical devices.

This looks like a fine set, but I had to go online to find a video in order to learn what all the parts were. All of the labels and instructions are in Chinese, but that was never mentioned in the posting.

Received in good condition. Package is very good Every thing good. But i felt very costly.
