So they come in very small little red capsules easy to swallow no funky taste afterwards the first couple days I took it I felt great very energetic I bought it for premenopause symptoms I'm sure it helps it's just so hot here where I live right now that it's I'm always hot but yeah I've got nothing negative to say it's full of a bunch of B vitamins

It was all clumped up into one and al stuck to the bottom of the bottle, unmovable. So I bought a big bottle and it came just fine. So five stars for the bigger bottle and zero for the small one. But I wasn’t given a refund so it’s all good.

Seems to be of good quality but when it arrived the capsules were stuck together in the bottle. It took me about 30 minutes to work them out, and only lost a few.The photo is of the bottle upside down.
