Great for beginners!
As someone completely new to car wrapping, I was a bit nervous about tackling this project on my 2025 Model Y. However, this wrap turned out to be an incredible choice, especially for a first-timer. The material is so easy to work with that it made the entire process surprisingly manageable. Its forgiving nature was a lifesaver; any time I made a mistake, I was able to adjust it without compromising the final look. For someone like me, who had never done this before, it made all the difference. The color of this wrap is absolutely stunning. It captures the essence of an Arizona sunset with its rich, warm tones and subtle gradient, giving the car a unique and striking appearance. Every time I look at my Model Y, I feel a sense of pride and awe at how this wrap transformed it into something truly special.I was so impressed with the quality and ease of use that I immediately ordered another roll to finish wrapping the rest of the car. This wrap has honestly given me the confidence to tackle this type of project again in the future. That said, there was one downside—the gloves promised in the product description were not included in the package. While this didn’t stop me from completing the wrap, it’s a detail worth noting for others who might not have gloves on hand. It’s a small inconvenience, but it’s something the manufacturer could easily address to provide a more complete experience for customers.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results. This wrap is not only beginner-friendly but also a fantastic option for anyone looking to give their vehicle a breathtakingly beautiful makeover. If you’re hesitant about wrapping your car for the first time, this material makes it an approachable and rewarding experience!

Top 3 vinyl wraps on the market
I say top 3. But I personally think this is number 1 for ease of application. I just completed a roof of a crew cab f350 by myself with zero flaws. And these roofs are ribbed. It was a 7'x5' piece. I've used vivid many times. It seems to sell a lot on Amazon here. I will say this. I wrapped the same roof before. With help. And it was full of wrinkles and it ended up standing back up after stretched. Yes I used heat. It's just not as good as this stuff. I've used 3m. Which is also very good. I've used Oracle. Very good. But this stuff stands out the most. There is no doubt in the saying you get what you pay for when it comes to auto wrap. Vivid is cheaper. It may seem thicker. But that doesn't mean better. What stands this stuff out is the ability to lay it out on the surface and get it laid flat without it sticking hardly at all. You can easily reposition this many times as long as you don't press on any area. Try that with vivid.. good luck with that. I ruined 21 feet of vivid trying to do a simple smooth roof. If it touches itself or makes contact with a clean surface it's stuck. Then you end up ripping on it trying to get it free.. not this stuff. This stuff is amazing. I basically did that whole roof with a wrap glove. Was done in no time. Also when I went to final heat it. It seemed to knit it fast the the surface unlike vivid that pulled it away out of the stretch areas. Then almost liquidfied from the heat. This may be a few more dollars. But worth Avery Penny lol. You won't regret it.update. better than i thought. i miscalculated the amount to do my f350 dually crew cab. and needed to order more. Let me tell you. an f350 crew cab dually takes a lot of wrap. i usually get on amazon with my desk computer. i tried on my phone and had a hard time logging in. i figured i would at least search for the company or the wrap and shouldnt have a hard time. well through my research i come to find. that these guys are by far the cheapest place to buy wrap. excellent pricing. how good? my neighbor in business is a sign co. they build signs and install vinyl wrap on cars. i never bothered him to get my wrap. i didnt want to bother him and be a pain in the butt. he did see i purchased it. then told me Avery is about all he uses to do vehicle wraps. said its so forgiving and conforms like no other. even he thinks its better than 3m. he asked what i paid for it. i told him. he said hmmm. got out his phone and started checking his pricing he can get it for. we are talking a business that specializes in wrap. so he def gets a big discount. he looks at me and says. "whats that company? on amazon?. they beat his wholesale price. we started comparing all their other options with different wrap colors and even by the feet quantity. 1 foot, 2,5.10,20,40,50 etc. and they beat his price every single one.

Excellent Avery product quality
This is the best and easiest to work with wrap. The wrinkle and bubble comes out easily with a hairdryer. The application is easy to put on and stretch easily. The gloss is OEM like. The metallic silver is fine which is a bit off from my car which was course. But since this is for the roof I can not tell the difference overall. The film sticks really well. I used it to over up a failed clear coat. I did prep it well so the surface is very smooth and wax it well to provide adhesion.

I Tried (really)
I did everything right. I cleaned the surface with isopropyl alcohol. I used primer. I even used a heat gun. But this vinyl just flat out refuse to stick. After 3 days of trying, I gave up and threw the entire batch away. The vinyl acts like it's been sitting around way too long and the glue is dead. Kinda like those extra 3M wall hanging tape strips that stop working after a couple years in storage. I am sad that this didn't work out. It matched my car quite nicely.

Used this to wrap our lamp post
Rather than sand, clean, prime, and paint our lamp post in the brutal Florida sun, I removed the cross arm and wrapped it with this vinyl. and spray painted the cross arm white. Did I do a perfect job? No. Is it better than it was? Yes, by miles. Bonus, I can easily change colors if desired AND it does a better job of protecting the post from neighbor hood doggies.I felt the stretch, thickness, and adhesion were of a good quality. I'd select this brand again if I decided to change the post's color.
