PROS 1. Delivery was super fast in Kolkata in just 2 days of Order, thanks to GATI. 2. Packaging and wrapping was perfect and absolutely flawless, not a single scratch. 3. Accessories were neatly bundled with installation instructions, hence took hardly 30 minutes to unwrap and install the complete bike. (Side stand-1 with a pair of nut and bolt, Pedals-2, 2 set of Allen Keys, 2 Set of Spanners, Chargers with cable-1 and Ignition key Qty-2 (including spare key). 4. Quality of material used is really good, be it metal or plastic. Specially the mud guards are pretty sturdy as if made of thick metal rather than sheet metal. 5. Turn indicators available for front and rear integrated with LED headlight and brake light respectively. Electronics switching On- Off provides an additional safety feature. 6. As for the riding mode, provides 3 levels LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH selectable from the display which also reads out the battery status. Throttle response is good and enhanced with Pedal assist. Trip meter adds to the convenience. 7. Handle bar is adjustable to compensate depending on arm length. The grips come with palm support providing a comfortable grip, throttle taking up 1/3 of right grip. Handle has slots to attach left and right rear view mirrors available as separate accessory. 8. Front Forks and rear spring suspension are good enough to provide a smooth ride in City roads. 9. Seat is front foldable and locked in place by the same ignition key. Inside reveals the battery compartment and controller module neatly stacked in. The battery bank has a press to display charge level button and can be easily pulled out and up for charging. 10. Weighing at only 40 kgs it’s the one of best e-bike in town. Pros - Light weight speed controlled to 25-26 kmpl, best and safe for kids and elders for nearby commute - good pickup to tackle traffic and city bridges - long mileage, i am getting around 75 to 80 km on road - Prompt service response - premium quality build and material used - handle lock for safety Cons - Front suspension is hard - No back seat handle, this is a major concern when you ride with kids - You can not paddle beyond 15-16kmpl. Fix: reduce freewheel teeth size or add gears. - Monsoon makes breaks sensor false detection and it stops bike working, Fix: i applied the lite oil to break lever where the sensor switch is there to prevent it socking water - Horn is use less, too low sound - Seat cover is made with stitches which allows seat to sock water and then it keeps on making cloth wet every time you ride. it should be water proof. - Hard to find rear view mirror due to its nonstandard screw size - Bike did not come with proper alignment of wheels and brakes, i did it manually after delivery Apart from this you get a lot of attention when you ride this. not sure if this should be counted as pros or cons.

No bikup no balance speed slowed

I got this for my dad, who is over 70 years old and doesn't hold a driver's license. I was looking for a license-free moped and looked into scooty-type and cycle-type ones. I felt this one better fits in between those two, as the cycle one is inconvenient and the scooty one is large and uncomfortable. The max speed is 25kmph and it has three levels of speed levels. Acceleration is good as well - do not expect a normal bike level acceleration. The weight is manageable - a bit higher than a normal cycle and lower than a moped. My father feels it comfortable to ride around the city - short spins around 20kms at a time, charges after every 40kms (though the battery is not depleted fully). There is a small hook to hang bags - I would have preferred a saddle or a basket for better storage, but it is what it is. The charging port could have been placed in a convenient position to plug in the charger, which is the only con I see so far. Overall, a good one for elders and school kids.
