ELEGOO Rapid 3D Printer Resin 405nm UV Curing Photopolymer Resin for Mars 4 Ultra and Saturn 3 Ultra Resin 3D Printer, Fast Curing, High Precision, Grey 1000g

The first time I bought this product was great But then my next two order the resin was not working well. Check printer and used a different resin and all was fine. Someone told me to check the batch and expiration dates I ordered 1000g clear translucent on Oct 19, 2021the EXP date was Oct 14 2021 no wonder I had o many fails. The last botted I had here and informed to check dates was ordered feb 2, 2023 500g Grey the pour date nov 10 2021,exp nov 9, 2023. Though it was within expiration, since sitting so long it had gotten so it was not curing well. I have been wanting a local dealer as I have had other issues with shipping as busted bottles and no good response for loss of resin and this issue is a closer.UPDATE since then have ordered again and the dates now were like mar 2023 to mar 2025 Iam much happiernow

I used this resin to print Darth Vader light saber blade. The outcome was great works just like every other resin. Be sure to check exposure times on the elegoo website as most resins need to be fine tuned. The detail is great and was pretty easy to clean after.

I have Gray 8K resin dialed in on my Saturn 2 and have not a a single failure in over 3-400 hours of printing. Each one comes out beautifully.

great resin but elegoo's water washable costs almost the same (considering prices of alcohol) and performs for me even better. definitly smells too.

I've only used this and their water washable resin, so I really can't compare it with any other brand. But it works for me, so why try anything else.

Adhesion took a hit, but that's because I don't know how to set my mars 3. I really like the Mars 3 and it has a great price point entry.

I'm on my 3rd bottle of this resin in the last two weeks. The print quality is excellent my Saturn 2 and even on my Mars 3 Pro which is 4K.

I have been buying this resin from Amazon for a few months. Previously I never had any issues. However this last delivery had 2 major issues : a) Firstly received 775gms in the bottle instead of 1000 gm s b) The raisin looks diluted and does not have strength in 3 d printing. Pieces break from the steel plate and fall into the tank. Thus printing is only 50% of the article. From the same file I have sucessfully printed from earlier purchases of the same resin

Ambas resinas llegaron juntas en tiempo y forma, de las resinas que he probado es la que menos problemas me ha dado a la hora de imprimir. Todas las impresiones que he realizado los he hecho usando el laminador Lychee Slicer, y de momento no he tenido problemas en la impresión, antes de imprimir realizó la calibración de la impresora. He probado resina de esta misma marca pero labable al agua, pero prefiero la resina que hay que post procesar con alcohol isopropilico, ya que es menos el tiempo que hay que esperar después de hacer el lavado de las piezas para luego curarlas, ya que si no se deja secar el líquido, es posible que se formen finas capas blancas sobre la pieza al curar con rayos uv, aún no he probado la resina base vegetal así que no se que diferencia existe con estas. Tanto la resina Elegoo como Anycubic son ciertamente quebradizas, al menos cuando son impresiones de figuras escala 1/32 o miniaturas de 30mm a 90mm, pero para piezas más grandes no he notado ese inconveniente. Si se desea utilizar esta resina para impresion de miniaturas pare pintado y exhibición esta recomendada, pero si es para juego en mesa, depende de la frecuencia de uso y el transporte. Si es para impresion de figuras grandes escala 1/8 o 1/4, ya sea hueca o solida, la recomiendo.
