When the drinks arrived you can choose to drink them or freeze them for another time. When you’re ready to drink them you unfreeze them. When I did this the drinks looked chunky and pulpy. The ginger shots were good and easy to drink. The other drinks were okay but the orange and greens drinks needed to be shook after every other sip.

Having never done a juice cleanse I thoroughly enjoyed these. I will make mention during the prep experienced a migraine I wasn’t prepared for. Would definitely do this again and try for the 3 days. Never really felt hungry but think I was missing the motion of actually eating. If you don’t like beets, just know they are easy to drink.

The first juice in the cleanse is good, the rest were nasty...I could not finish them all....

I've done plenty of juice cleanses and this is my favorite. The taste is bright and crisp with lots of flavor. I have done 1, 2 and 3 day cleanses. I'm not hungry at all till day 3. I did lose several pounds of bloat each time.
