Q: Does the aerator fit in screw top wine bottle? Just got one from Aldi which is too small for screw top bottles making it virtually useless in this day

Hi Kay, Thank you very much for your question. Yes indeed, our pourers are also compatible with screw top bottles. They measure 1.61 inches outer diameter and 1.45 inches inner diameter which is generally a perfect fit for most wine bottles. I hope this helps! Q: We've lost the 'straw/tube' can you buy spares?

Hi Andrew, Thank you very much for your question. I'm really sorry to hear that you lost the replacement parts for your wine aerator. Unfortunately, we don't have them as a standalone product. I would suggest that you order another wine aerator instead as it comes with the spare parts. That way, you'll have two functioning wine aerators and still have a spare tube and ring. Q: The rubber seal on my pump has broken, can I get the pump replaced or will I need to return everything for a refund?

Barvivo have a website which should be easy to find and you can ask them this question.

Q: Are the Aerator push-on tubes available as 'spares'? As 2x the 3 that are included with the kit have developed cracks where they attach to the Aerator

Hi Dave, Thank you very much for your question. Unfortunately, we don't have any replacement tubes as spare as it always come in a set. However, you can order just the wine aerator itself and it should come with spare tubes as replacements.
