Iron with Folic Acid & Spinach Extract Supplement - is great to start with if you have PCOS symptoms or otherwise for general women’s overall body health.I was especially excited to get this one since it also contains Iron, Zinc, Vitamin C, Folic Acid & Vitamin B12 which are all need by young adults as were as peri menopausal women like me .

After taking this for 2 days I fart a lot and had stomach disorder I took just 1 pill a day due to my stomach disorder I had to stop taking the product

I got this for my teenager, and she started to feel the differences in like a week. she has lack of iron, and this really helped her a lot. Very good, but please always make sure to check with your doctor before using any medicine/vitamins/supplements.

It already has vitamin C to better absorb the iron. Very nice and the tablet is small and easy to swallow

I’m taking it but honestly I don’t know if it works, there’s no information about iron form. Please add this information to your description 😊
