Falling apart after a month . They answered me once but I have yet to hear back after I sent pictures . The chair didnt even last a month. Material tearing and back will not lock in upright position.

Doesn't come up to desk height! Doesn't rock back!
Lousy features. The Pros: Easy enough to put together and comfortable, decent leather fabric. The Cons: 1) Doesn't come up to normal desk height. My response to this was "what the heck?" Couldn't believe it. Just fine if you like typing with your arms tilted up and you want the the low to the ground look. 2) My fault on this on for not reading closer. It does not rock back. You can adjust the recline but then it locks in place with the lever. 3) The lever about snaps your fingers off when you try to release the lock so you can manually change the recline: be careful. 4) When you do release the recline lock, be careful. The seat back can go almost flat and you could just fall over backwards if you are holding yourself rigid. Now I bought it used (still brand new though in the original box) but I'm not going to send it back - way to much trouble to disassemble and repack. I am going to take it straight to Goodwill and take the tax write off which will offset some of my costs. Overall: Comfortable chair with dumb as rocks features.

Sits lower than you would think for a big and tall chair
The chair is comfortable. Had it about a month and it seems it will hold up ok. Arms seem the most fragile, wobbly side to side. The chair does sit to low to call it a big and tall chair. I'm 6' and at Max height my legs are slightly up hill instead of at a 90° angle. That's my biggest gripe with it, if it sat 2-3" higher it would be far more comfortable.

Four Stars
Nice unit except it doesn't go high enough. Considering it is for tall and big, that is stupid.

Highly disappointed! Big waste of money
I wish I could give it -5 stars....This chair is poorly put together. Highly disappointed! Big waste of money. Do not buy.

Despite the claims of it being heavy duty, the side arms are easy to bend outward (mostly due to the arms being hinged and able to bend with the back of the chair as you lean back). The back of the chair can lean all the way back to horizontal, which also means it could easily tip backwards, another concern I have. So I leave it locked in the upright position to prevent that from happening.I am concerned about its ability to stand up to extended use over months. I'm already considering ordering something else to replace it.

Reclining lock doesn't really hold.
Generally the chair is comfortable and as expected save for one flaw. It's prone to slipping the locking mechanism and reclining even when in "locked" in position. I'm constantly having to be ginger about leaning back or I will go all the way.
