Fingers saved
These are great and really save your fingers when doing a lot of hand sewing. As they're silicone, they not only stop the needle making your fingers sore, but also make it so much easier to pull the needle through thick fabric. I'd definitely recommend them as a useful addition to your sewing kit. Just remember they aren't thimbles, so if you push on the end of a needle it'll go through

Impressed so far
Very pleased with this. Comfortable and dose the job well. I have arthritis in my hand and it helps me grip the needle. I use it for embroidery and stitch through some quite thick sections and it makes it much easier to pull the needle through. I have very small hands and thought they might be too big but they are a perfect fit. I knocked a star off for value for money as it's not cheap, as well as knocking a star off for sturdiness as only just received it so not sure how long it will last as it seems flimsy and the thickness of some of my work means it will get quite a lot of abuse. Time will tell but so far I'm glad I got it.

Sweatinggg
Great product but my fingers do tend to sweat a lot in these making them uncomfortable and only able to use for a short time

A super buy.
I bought this to protect the end of my thumb which splits when I crochet now. It is just what I needed. It's very light, comfortable and there is a gap in the top of the protector for anyone who has long nails to pass through. Sewing is much easier too when using with both finger/thumb protectors. Definitely recommend these wonderful protectors.

Great in theory but no better than the cheaper ones
I usually LOVE prym products and when i saw these and all the good reviews I thought it was a no brainer. HOWEVER, you can get this same product off brand for a LOT cheaper and the quality is honestly the same. If anything, I find that these tend to get sloppy quicker than my other ones so I don’t really reach for them. Also the size is rather large so they’re not the most comfortable.

Clever bits of kit for sewers
I am planning to use this to protect my thumb from hot shank of brass bookbinding finishing tool. Have yet to try them for that! The pack contains two thumb covers - but please note that they are different sizes - I don't remember that being mentioned in the blurb. Fit well.

So useful I bought a second pair
I started a tapestry after many years of not sewing and my fingers very quickly developed deep water blisters which were quite tender. These silicone "thimbles" are perfect for increasing grip whilst protecting the skin. For a while I wore one on each hand but then bought a second pair and can see for longer periods in comfort

They work
I was a bit worried about buying these. So many reviews said they didn’t fit well and as I have small fingers I thought they would be too large as they came as a medium and a large. However they fit well enough and they grip well. Overall I’m happy with this purchase.

Pratique pour attraper l'aiguille quand on a fini ses points, attention les embouts de protègent pas des piqûres

My partner uses these for her English paper piecing quilt projects among other hand-sewn textile work. Very comfortable and protect your fingers from a lot of wear and tear.

Uno per il pollice e l'altro per dito. Io uso il pollice e mi ha salvato da continue spaccature. Poi sono forati e le dita non sudano troppo, sono morbidi

I like the idea of these. But they did not stay in place on fingers. Maybe I needed a smaller size. Other than that, they worked out great.
