SmartTrader Replacement Sky+HD Remote Control - Rev 9F - Compatible with all Sky HD Boxes

I had a problem with original remote received. Supplier responded to my query and after a couple of messages a new one was posted. I have received it today and the new remote is now fully operational. I am very pleased with the speed to resolve my issue. I would recommend this supplier. Sue Gaunt

Arrived two days early but has not been used yet because the old remote is still working.

Remote arrived broken. Remote cannot be used at all. I will be returning and not buying again!

After many years of service, the buttons on my mum's old Sky HD control were somewhat worn out. This replacement item works a treat. One day smartphone technology will make it easier to control the TV too. Bit of a faff setting up to control a TV. Sure I got it to work the TV but Android/iOS really have spoilt us over the years for conecting to other devices!

When received it was supposed to have batteries already in it. They weren't. I put new batteries in but the sound button, mute button and TV on/off didnt work. Tried loads of ways to tune it but nothing worked.

Got this as a replacement for my original remote. Works fine to change channel but mute & volume doesnt work. Have tried to get it to work on those but cant get it to work. Also one of the tabs for the back of the remote was broken so had to use old back cover

Decent quality.... no complaints, but then, nor should I have!

Easy to tune in to the, looks the same as the original but feels cheaper made and without the nonslip batter cover. Fell apart after 5 months, don't bother pay a little extra and get an original.
