These are terrific, the first stretching straps I have used that allow a clear choice of progressive stretches, rather than just trying to figure out how to progress from easy to more difficult stretches. Solid, well made and great price. Fits hands and feet fine and high quality. No need to have strap tighteners which this doesn't have as the loops are perfect for regular fee and hands and I guess smaller or larger as well. I'm a 10.5 shoe. Excellent cheap add on to exercise accessories
