Great PT/Exercise Equipment!Easy to use alone, great and effective stretching band, sturdy and well made, comfortable, cushioned handles. First introduced to this stretching band at PT and knew I needed this at home for use between appointments and home maintenance.

I purchased this after using one in physical therapy. My current job requires a lot of computer work so my muscles get tight from sitting so much. This is a great device for stretching your quads and other muscles. Easy to use and plenty long for us tall people (I am 5'10" and still have plenty of length). This can be used while laying in your bed or on the floor on your yoga mat. It is well made and at a great price.

I would have given it a 5 but the strap is a little wider than I thought it was going to be.

I took a chance since almost everything nowadays is cheap Chinese junk, and I wasn't disappointed. This is made well, and after a few weeks of use, I don't have any fears of it falling apart. As for functionality - it works for me! I have ridiculous tightness in my legs that effects my back, and despite stretching every which way it never really goes away. Using this thingy makes a difference for me... it allows me to stretch face-down and pull my legs to my back, or use it on my back to stretch my legs every which way possible. It's helped me, I hope it helps you also.

I had my knee replaced and I used this strap to help me to bend my knee. I’m sure there are many other ways to use this product. It is very sturdy and I love the color. I’m very tall for a women and the length was perfect for me. There are many loops on this product so it will work for just about any person. It is a light weight product so you can pack it and take it with you without adding a lot of weight to your luggage. It was a great value, too.
