Stunning!
The media could not be loaded. The phone came in impeccable condition and it came unlocked! There were no scratches and continues to be slick and clean. The features are amazing, the camera quality is to DIE for. I can't stop taking pictures!!! The audio quality is also amazing, making calls and videos crisp and clear. It does seem to heat easily, however I sit in front of a fan.The battery also dies off quick when it is about to die, although the charging speed is very pleasant and the battery life is satisfactory. It functions very well overall, running high res games and videos with ease!!!! It was worth every penny.I hope to get an Ultra eventually. This is the best Samsung I've ever owned.

Most likely a good purchase
No issues so far, love the phone. Worth the cost. Love the color, Didn't have any scratches I was bothered by. Good battery life.

Screen didn't work
The display on the screen didn't work. A thin green line appeared at the top of the screen, but nothing else. A little research on the internet determined that this is a common error with Android phones. In short, the seller shouldn't be selling phones that don't work.

Great quality phone
Works perfectly! Looked brand-new so far so good. Love the camera quality on this phone as well. This is my second refurbished phone that I've purchased through Amazon so I have nothing but positive experiences with these Samsung phones.

Everything works, just wish the battery life was better
Everything works and the phone is great! I believe my phone is factory unlocked as a phone provider's start up screen did not appear until I added my line. I am only rating this phone a 4, because the battery drains a lot more quickly than I thought it would... I understand it was used, but I bought the excellent version because battery life kinda mattered to me. The description on excellent said the battery had to contain 80% of it's original threshold I guess I just got unlucky with the lower end.

It's a good phone
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My last Samsung was a S7 and I was using pixel for a long time after that, but I really was disappointed with my pixel 7 after a while so I decided to go back to Samsung and I feel like Samsung is doing better in the hardware department. I also love the size of this phone. It fits in my hand very well. My phone came in good condition and even had a screen protector on it already. It was unlocked as well and switching the Sim was a breeze
