These are quite powerful magnets! They arrived in 6 stacks of 5 each in a small plastic box. I made the mistake of removing two stacks to use eight of the magnets and then tried to put the two remaining back in the box with the others. The uneven number of five adjacent to two resulted in a rapid snap, snap, snap as all the magnets combined into one long stack! Unfortunately this did result in two of the magnets chipping off small pieces. That is probably my only complaint with these is they are fairly easy to chip.On another occasion I thought I was keeping the magnets a good 6-8 inches apart but somehow two got close enough to attrack and snap with a small flame flashed before me. I had been wiping down the magnets with alcohol to glue into place and I'm assuming there was enough residual alcohol to cause the lighter sized flame.So far I've been keeping the extras in the original plastic box but do have the stacks more even. Plus with the lid secured seems to help keep them from jumping together!Overall these have worked great in my applications - quite strong and once mounted they "behave" well. Definitely will buy these again when use up the remainder.

Very tiny yet very strong

SO much stronger than I imagined! I am grateful and surprised. Good value for the money. Great little magnets for replacements of lost magnets (which is why I bought them). Great for arts also (which is what the little ones will be for.

These are only 2.72mm thick instead of 3mm. However, they are stronger than other, more expensive, brands on Amazon. A store that ends with CI has more accurate dimensions, (9.98x2.98mm) but are weaker (they held 15oz of wrenches while these held 1lb 10oz). I'd guess they are N35 and these are N42. These are about half the price as well. I did find some N52 10x3 magnets from a company that starts with JC on another site. They were exactly 3mm thick and held 3lbs 11oz of wrenches. Unfortunately, they cost 4 times more than these.In conclusion, This seller doesn't claim these are the strongest magnets, but they're not the weakest. They don't bottom out in the pockets of my 3D prints, but press-fit flush with the surface. So, the dimensions aren't really a problem for me. These seem to be the best bang for your buck on Amazon.

I bought these for a girls night activity where we made clay food magnets. These were the perfect size and worked perfectly. They are super strong and held up some of our heavier creations. Easy to use, easy to removed, perfect thickness for the application and holds well!

I used these to sew them into The binding on the window covers for my van. I placed them about 10in apart within the binding. They are quite strong and easily hold the window covers up with no slippage. I'm very satisfied.
