Good product
Item arrived on time and was packaged well. It works good and I haven't had any issues with it.

Good value refurbished unit that actually appears to be well refurbished.
Good quality referbished unit. Clean, had good CPU thermal paste application, and even OEM on board WiFi, not one of those USB WiFi devices. As always though, I did wipe and reinstall Windows 11 from a known USB drive. Was shipped in properly sized box with form fitted bubble-type holder. (Not bubble wrap, and also not lose like thoe air-bags). Could have used some additional packing to stop some movement, but device itself was protected from the edges of the box and I have nad no damage issues with the current packing method. Unlike some other sellers, I found no damage to the machine (such as broken NVMe slots) or missing screws. One of the better value refurbs out there, worth it even is not the cheapest option.

I don’t even think mine was ever even used, there was 0 dust internally. Works good for a tv computer.

Great little PC!
This is a good little machine. I bought it to replace my aging media server and I am not disappointed!!

video card went out within 90 days
Worked perfectly until it didn't. Video card went out. Not sure how to get a refund.

Very good pc for business environment
Bought this for our business. It's a good computer, especially for the price paid. I had to get a brand new fan because the one that came with the pc was really noisy, but other than that, it is working really well so far and is now completely silent. It came with Kingston NVMe M.2 SSD and Hynix memory. Easily supports two 1440p monitors through display port cables.

Just what I needed
The HP Elitedesk 800 G5 is exactly what I needed for my archive scanning project. The unit was in almost new condition and had a Wi-Fi card installed which allowed me to connect to my home network. I also added additional M.2 storage to improve the unit’s performance.
