Q: Does this feeder come with instructions? It’s a gift but there is no information sheet to include with it.

All you do is slide those little plastic circles on each side up, then you can fill it, then slide them back down. I think it keeps animals from opening the feeder and eating everything in it!

Q: Seed catcher snaps together,but after a day or two comes apart & I I find it in 4 pieces on the lawn. How to prevent this?

The one I purchased did not have the catcher at the bottom and it has held together even when a squirrel is hanging on it
