As expected, these pads helped unload the stress on my shoulders put on by the rather crappy straps my messenger bag came with. Im a uni student and have to walk a lot, and these help immensly. This was something I've been wanting for awhile. I took my bag on some day trips and noticed the strap getting very uncomfortable, digging into my neck and shoulder. I remembered to look n see what I could find & was pleasantly surprised w these. Definitely recommend, They are thick and nicely padded. Wide enough to fit any strap you've got & they come 2 to a pack. So I've got both my bags ready for the next trip & these are very durable, comfortable and they've got strong velcro, so I don't have to worry about them falling off or coming loose. Super comfortable and soft. Very easy to velcro on and off any generic Guitar strap. Can use on CAR safety belt too!

I was worried that this wouldn't be enough cushion but it is! I bought this to add to my RunMax weighted vest. It made a world of difference! You just have to adjust where you need pressure relieved when you have the vest on. This definitely made me enjoy wearing my vest and I could go longer with it on. Fyi- I wear 40-50lb vest. This was the perfect purchase. I'll buy again for heavy backpacks and laptop bags just because!
