Delivery was on point. Product arrived properly packed, and is functioning better than expected. Monitor quality is optimal, and USB ports are working well. This hub doesn’t have proper safety circuitry and is a danger to your electronics. It worked great during the week I used it, but one day, I plugged the USB-C power cable into the data port instead of the USB-PD port, and it killed my almost-new iPhone 16 Pro. It damaged something on the main board and I had to get it replaced at the Apple Store - around $700 without warranty. Luckily, I’m within the warranty so it was free, but I’m returning this hub back and urging others to be very careful of which port you’re plugging into.

this product is good and has the right concept with the long cord rather than those 3 inch cord adapters. BUT the cord is far too thick and not flexible enough to not stress the port and unsuitable for the desk if you don't want it interfering with knocking around light objects. It is taking up too much desk footprint because you can't just curl it out of the way and it will dishevel your paperwork, post it's, get in the way with pens etc in addition to being unsightly. The bigger concern is the stress on the port should you need to move it around while connected I am not sure if the thick stiff cord is the trade off for better speed but it is super annoying and I hope an upgraded version can come out that fixes this without compromising function and durability

Very lightweight but seems well made. Works perfectly. Nice long cord means it can accomodate different working configurations. Great price too.

Barato, llego rapido. No lo recomiendo, mala calidad, al desconectarlo y conectarlo de la pc tengo que volver a conectar los perifericos porque no los reconoce inmediatemente, ademas el conector C se desconecta si se mueve un poco.

The product worked but I imagine this had been returned by a previous customer as it wasn’t even in the package properly I’m assuming the product works but don’t know for sure as I believe the hdmi lead I used may have been faulty

There are literally pages and pages of USB-C hubs out there, and they all seem to have their little quirks and incompatibilities. This one actually delivers what it says and has lots of ports. The data speeds are good, and it supports power delivery. I've had no issues, it's been rock solid and compatible. If there's any downside it's that the unit is very small, light and difficult to physically put it somewhere and have it stay there. With it's long cable if you can tuck this in the back of your work space it maybe just fine. If I had a wish list it would be to add an ethernet adapter and make it a little heavier so it might stay in place. But all in all I like it enough I bought a second.

looks and feels cheap wire feels good and sturdy , the connection how ever not good it does not sit well. as soon as you slightly touch it it loses connection. very frustraiting when trying to use it. it is like the usb c plug is to long. as for the functinality of the rest of the ports I can really rview as the usb c plug keeps disconnecting. I am guessing that is could be annoying when transfering alot of data that it wil suddenly drop becasue a wisp of air went past....yes the connection is that loose. unfortunatly I cannot recomend this product
