Easier to switch batteries and strong grip.
This is what you need to replace your old grip. Good quality, grip is adjustable.

Best grips I've gotten so far, better than full controller cover grips
These grips fit on by replacing the battery compartment lid. You'd think other grips that go over the whole controller and provide a port for the battery would be better. But, I've had both this and those types. This type is by far my favorite. When I need to replace the batteries, I just pop the grip batt compartment covers off and replace them. No fuss no muss. Only had minor issue with one of the grip covers not snapping in fully unless pushed a bit at first. But, now that they've been in place for a few months they pop on and off well. They have a button that locks them in place, so no accidental disconnects while flailing wildly in VR. The grip straps fit snugly enough that I ditched the wrist string, too. I doubt these will last forever, because that's just the nature of swingingly wildly in VR, and the material used needs to be durable enough to last for a while but still be comfortable enough to use. But, if these wear out in 6 months or a year, I'll just buy them again. They're worth the investment. Best grips I've gotten so far.

Best Controller Grips
These grips were super easy to install, it just takes the spot of the battery cover. I do like the grip design on it and it feels pretty good. The outter part that wraps the posterior side of your hand is velcro and very easily adjustable. These are very comfortable and I would highly recommend these.

Works great, but has issues with installation and docking.
Pros: Feels good in the hand (aside from the slight mismatch at the seam) really makes playing easier and your grip on the controller much more secure. Cons: First off, it is really difficult to get this strap to snap into the controller. It just doesn’t fit perfectly, and you need to almost force it to click into place. Then, even when in place, it leaves a small, raised seam that you can feel while holding it. I will say that after a minute or so you don’t notice it anymore while playing. Second, it doesn’t work very well if you are using the docking station to power your setup. They don’t sit flat, and you really have to work it to get it to stay flat enough to actually charge. Furthermore, I have come down after letting it sit overnight only to find that it had shifted and wasn’t charging anymore (luckily the controllers don’t need to be charged every day like the helmet). It was after that that I started taking the straps off at night just so that it would sit flat and charge. Unfortunately, this means that I have to struggle getting them back on every day. Bottom line: I really like using them, but they could use some tweaks to be easier to install and to sit correctly on charger to power up.

A must have addition
These are expensive and somehow still worth the price. First, they have an almost OEM fit and finish, missing the mark only slightly because the material and color aren't a perfect match. Second, the strap design reflects a serious attempt to research a solution better than just putting a strap on a controller. The rigid brackets holding the strap away from the body of the controller relieve pressure points, and the strap width is narrow enough that head is allowed to radiate away. The combined effect of these design choices makes these grips more comfortable than even the well designed straps in the Index Knuckle controllers. Third, the strap material itself gets the job done very well. It has a premium feel, if not look, but it's light weight and smooth against the skin. It does not aggressively grip the skin, but it doesn't need to as the Quest controllers are very light. Finally, and most importantly, the wave-like ridges forming the surface of the controller do exactly as advertised; my sweat is contained and the surface of the controller remains notably cooler while contending with all of my phobias in VR.

Just tried these out today and love them
I used the AMVR action straps for my Quest 2 and liked those, so gave these a try. I have a small to medium hand. I found these really easy to hook in, and I really like the fit and feel. Someone said something about part of the strap digging in, but it was not digging at all for me. The straps have a rubbery feel (silicone?) and are easily loosened or tightened with a velcro end piece (that doesn't touch your hand). The battery cover has a slightly raised texture that is rubbery (?silicone). This is very similar to their quest 2 straps, and it didn't bother me at all; in fact, I think it helps improve the grip. The straps are attached to the battery cover with a rubber (?or silicone) end piece. If you have bigger hands I can see where there might possibly be some stress on that area...probably why the description says these are for small to medium hands. On top of that, the price point is pretty good and you are not taking a chance on interfering with the tracking by having a full on grip. So working great so far and I would highly recommend.

Replacement VR straps
I would not buy these again! My grandson used them about a week and the strap broke no way of fixing them! Can so get a replacement?

Poor ergonomics, but seems like it would be good for someone with a different grip..
Edit: I increased to 3 stars since the company dis reach out to go over my concerns. Good to know they are monitoring their products. Quality seems OK, but I do not like the fit. This could certainly be an issue mostly for my hand shape, or the way I grip the controller, but the top part of the strap seems like it is a bit too far down the controller and it ends up digging into my hand a bit. This is most likely the farthest they could have moved it with this design since it is incorporated into the battery cover, but it does not make for the most comfortable grip position. I also noticed that the bottom part has a harder plastic reinforcement that gets pressed into the silicone when worn. I would not be surprised if this became a fail point after use, but I have not put any real time into it to see if it becomes an issue.
