Great supplement! Does not get you nauseous and does not give you tummy issues! I feel great with them. Has improved my sleep. Keep in mind you have to be consistent with it to help you!

Relaxes my RLS and I can sleep !!!
I've had RLS for 30 yrs (hate it) tried other magnesium. This is my new favorite for over a year now. It makes me drowsy faster and yes it helps with bowel movements. I don't wake up groggy. Love the glycinate magnesium. Now if you could get rid of my dreaded restless leg syndrome I would be happier
