Why did you pick this product vs others?: The YETI 8oz tumbler might be compact, but it punches way above its weight. I originally bought it for espresso drinks and small coffees, but now I use it for everything: from iced cortados to whiskey to little scoops of ice cream. It keeps drinks hot for hours (no exaggeration, my cappuccino was still warm after a long Zoom call), and cold drinks stay chilled even in summer heat. The double-wall insulation works like magic, and the stainless steel feels sturdy and premium, as expected from YETI. The lid fits snugly, and while it’s not 100% leakproof, it does a great job minimizing spills on the go. It's also dishwasher-safe and still looks brand new after months of daily use. An even 8 ounces right to the lip. Perfect for a 6oz Cortado coffee, espresso shots, or a standard Tea. Pre warming the cup with hot water will keep your drink hot for a long time. About 45 minutes which is amazing (double wall vacuum insulated) considering the small size. Also if you’ll be using the lid, fill to about a half inch as you’ll need the room push the lid into the cup. This cup has no threads which gives it a smooth easy to clean look at texture. If you drink it without the lid, the lip of the steel never gets hot. It’s smooth far enough down that your lips never touch the coating. And the coating, not only durable and sexy looking (I have the Wine color), but it has a sort of tactile grippy feel. Like very smooth sand. Which is great as one doesn’t feel this will slip out of your hand, for it has no handle. At the same time liquids or cream just won’t stick to the outside, like it’s almost waxy feeling too. It’s this beautiful harmony of simplicity and functionality (they do stack). The lid has two air holds that get blocked when the magnetic is closed. So sloshing in a car holder or in your hand won’t spill out. Once the magnetic is slid to open, air can enter as you sip so you don’t get gurgling and have your drink go down your chin. You can’t turn this upside down as it’s not designed for toss in a bag. It’s more elegant than that, so how did I handle it for carrying. Found a beautiful (I got black) Ryan & Rose silicone strap ($14) right here in Amazon. It can fit this cup (snug fit) and anything larger. I tried several brands this one beats them all. This yeti cup is a great size, well made quality, neutral color, it’s not leak proof. However it saves me wasting coffee that I never finish. Also fits in my car cup holder. I would say decent value for money.

This little cup is the perfect thing to have around the house. It keeps even the smallest amounts of water cool and does not take up too much space. I love the bright red color too! I have already washed it in the dishwasher a number of times without any issues at all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a small cup that is nicer than just plastic.

I it the lid slides easy and it don't leak. It keeps my ice cold and prevents it from melting most of the day and keeps my coffee hot for about an hr. I love it's convenient size and color. It's very easy to clean. It keeps sodas from tasting old or losing flavor all day. Good value for the money. Very useful. I'd recommend it to my friends and family.

I have been looking for an 8 oz cup to keep my morning cappuccino hot. I was excited to find this. I love the size. It keeps my coffee hot long enough to enjoy without worrying about it getting cold. The only problem is that when I add the foam to my drink, it squirts out of the top. It really needs to have a raised lid like you would get in a coffee shop. If it had that, it would be perfect. For now, I just have to be careful to put just a little foam in the cup. A 10 oz size would feel too large for my drink.

So I’m writing this in 2024 where it is now deemed reasonable to spend 20 quid on a travel coffee mug that (if the last three mugs are anything to go by) will get lost within six months I was looking for something that was good quality and well designed but not so cool that it drifts into the overbearingingly pretentious hipster zone. This feels like it sits in that Goldilocks niche. Dishwasher cleaning is a breeze thanks to the easily removable magnetic bit Drinks are kept tongue burning hot for a good while The ‘glass-like’ plastic lid is nice to drink from It says it isn’t leak proof though and that is right . Absolutely no putting this inside a bag The 8oz size is cute So I’m hoping the price tag will be enough to ensure that I am subconsciously more careful and don’t lose this one

Needed something to bring my coffee in the car for work and decided to go for Yeti, having heard about it. It's an amazing and solid cup. It's perfect for a long espresso with milk, moka pot are a small coffee (at 8oz) though I'm thinking of getting a bit bigger. I ran the experiment and it kept my drink hot for at least 2 hours. Keep in mind, it's not a thermos. It keeps it hot/cold but limited and its NOT leak proof. It wasn't made for that. Mag slider is nice. Easy to clean and fits in the car perfectly, i really enjoy it.

Die Ware war sehr schnell bei mir und es ist auch alles in Ordnung. Yeti hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Nur der Preis war viel zu hoch, da ich es aber bis Weihnachten gebraucht habe und der nächste Yetishop 60 km entfernt ist, hab ich es in Kauf genommen. Sonst war aber alles gut.
