Ok I only some of you will read this but I wanted to share my experience with this company.. I normally don't write reviews because if the company is doing there job they don't need an attaboy.. I ordered the original Truely wireless buds for running with my Apple Watch.. I hate running with my phone so I wanted to a new set of headphones that will run with just my apple watch.. The original set did not so I was sending them back to look for a different pair to use. I received an email from Sally with Parihy asking me to keep the old and and let me know they are launching a new set in about 3 weeks and would give me the upgraded ones for FREE. I asked if they would work with my apple watch and she said yes they would... I received them today and they not only work with my watch but they sound much better then the old pair (gave the old pair to my son to use for workouts for soccer) Customer service is fantastic and very happy with the product.. thank you Sally!

Got these yesterday and tried them out immediately. They are wonderful for cardio but when it came lifting they seemed to go out as I was moving the weights. Sometimes one headphone would stop and then turn back on after a few seconds and sometimes one headphone would be off from the other by about a second so I would not hear a consistent sound. Even wiping sweat with both hands on the face would cause a break in the music. The sound however is amazing compared to the Bose that I already own. There seems to be noise cancelling since I had the volume very low throughout the whole workout. I gave these 4 stars since they were only 50 bucks and I will continue to use these for running but will most likely switch back to my Bose for lifting.Update: I paired the headphones incorrectly initially which caused the problem. After fixing that, these are awesome!!!! Totally worth the purchase, 5 stars easilyJust ordered my second pair for my wife. Also 4 people I work with have ordered them also.

Overall, it’s mediocre at best. These things are all ear piercing treble and no low tones or base. These are the only ear buds I have ever had that don’t fit with any of the fittings. They are easy to pair and do stay in the ear. They only stay because of the extended part that wraps in the ear. Battery life was poor, sound was poor, fit was poor. I’m sending them back today. I’m not impressed in the slightest with these.Update: they read my review and sent a very kind email with an offer to try another set. Apparently, my experience is not common and they replaced them at no cost. Outstanding customer service and new pair is much better.

These Earbuds are Amazing so wonderful, let me break this down.1. No WiresHaving NO wires being completely wireless means you can listen to Music doing Dishes, Working, Vacumming, or doing Anything. It's so nice, I enjoy this feature so much I can do anything with my music.2. Amazing ConvieniceThey are just so Convient, the case charges the earbuds itself! There's no Preasure for me to charge my earbuds, because they're always at perfect charge. I just charge the case whenever it's low. They're easy to take in my purse and I love the one multi-function button.3. Magnetic-like Lock in the caseSo when you put the earbuds in the case they kinda just attach themselves in, and then glow red, that means they were put in right. I just love the way that magnetic latch works, hehe, feels cool.4. Dosent come out of my earsOkay so, I dance, every single day, that's my excersize, that's my hobby, that's my off time. I dance to every kind of music, I dance every kind of dance, point given (lol)- It's a must that earbuds don't fall out. Sometimes I use a loud Bluetooth speaker, but most the time I use earbuds because I don't want to disturb my family in the morning when I dance, and normally everyone dosent want to hear music blasting at night either. So when I saw these earbuds were "Anti-dropout" that was the real clincher I bought them. Results.. IT WORKS! So I dance, jerk around all over the place, and these earbuds do not budge out of place in my ear, and they are extremely comfortable, I could wear them for hours. Yes, I am very satisfied.5. Great SoundFinally, they have great sound. Even bass, Treble, everything sound good. Makes the listening experience so good. Plus of course it has the call feature and just everything on it is so handy.I'm happy I got these and I show ALL my friends, some of them already bought these too because they were so impressed with how they work. Can't go wrong buying these! (it's easy to get a hold of customer service if you need help too) I approve of this product and I normally don't review.~Skye

I would love to give a full 5 stars, and I will gladly update if I get a couple answers. I love the charging case they come in, it makes it easy to charge and adds a layer of protection when I keep them in my gym bag. They are very comfortable when I'm wearing them. Good sound.Issues: The directions they came with give me slim to no instructions on how to pair the buds together before you pair it to your phone. I ended up having to look on YouTube for instructions. Even with that, it still takes me up to 10 min to get it all figured out. This very well could be user error, but it isn't easy for me. Second issue, somehow my earbuds are no longer in English format and I believe talk to me in Japanese. It started with one, and now both buds are in Japanese from me trying to figure out how to pair the earbuds together. Again, this is user error, but the instructions are not very useful at all.I would love to update to 5 stars and will if I can rectify the struggle to pair and get them back in English.

I really like these ear buds, I sometimes forget I’m wearing them. Very noise canceling. I often forget I’m wearing them & they’re hardly noticeable.

Bought in Feb and stopped working in June. took forever to charge. 3 hours later (unused) the charge was dead. Amazon doesn't have return policy on this product after a month.

They work fine for music. Don’t stay in very well while working out. And forget about trying to watch a video or Netflix with these. Serious delay.

The volume control is way off. If you lower down the volume on your phone it doesn't lower down it stays loud.
