Property Investing Secrets

Rob Moore & Mark Homer have a really accessible writing style. Property investing could be made very technical (some bits are necessarily a bit technical, but it's very clearly explained), very dry and not inspire readers to take action. Thankfully, the authors have made this a very clearly written book. Given their huge amount of knowledge and experience in investing in property and teaching others how to do the same, it must have been quite a challenge to condense so much into a book! Well, they've achieved it extremely well. I've been involved in property investing for 30 years and I must say I was both very impressed with the quality of the book and with the clear way that they explained everything. In addition, given that both Rob and I are also coaches and trainers, I really liked the way that he handled the necessary mindset for being a successful property investor. Personally, it works very well for me. This psychology of successful investing is crucial in my opinion.I think this book would be of interest to all levels of investor: complete novices to intermediate to advanced. It serves as a real eye-opener to the first; highly educational for the middle group and a very good summary and hidden nuggets for the advanced investor. (For example, I loved their ideas for places to meet joint venture partners!) It also serves as a really good introduction to the guys themselves, their ethos and style. We've been to many of their events and have had the privilege of spending a lot of time with them over meals, etc. They're thoroughly nice and very bright guys. Definitely know their stuff!Keep their books in your library and refer to them frequently to be successful and keep focused on how to use property as a great investment to provide an alternative or additional income and pension replacement. I totally recommend this valuable book and the two others from them, all in my collection and about to re-read them all. Whilst I have a background in commercial property finance, many of the ideas and strategies suggested here were useful and enlightening.The book is very easy to digest, and although I took a while to read it the first time, I did read it a second time within a couple of hours. It is all practical and easy to implement.You should be fired up to go and invest after reading it. The best thing of all is the authors seem very genuine even provided their email addresses in the book.I emailed the authors and they replied and have given me excellent further insight into property investment.One of the best purchases I have had on amazon.5 stars.

The book is in pretty bad condition plus its a very old version - I hadn't realised that.luckily it was bought as a hard copy of the audible version or I would have been very p'd off.

One of the greatest examples of no nonsense and objective writing... If you are genuinly interested in property investment for the right reasons and are committed to your goals this will act as a manual going forward and you only have to look at the success of Progressive Property as a group to see that this is no scam or boring, dry attempt to get you on one of their courses (I think these were mentioned less than 5 times in all). Thoroughly inspiring and having just ordered the second two books from these guys I cant wait to get stuck in!

I was so disappointed with this audio format. I love his books and have read a lot. I also use Audible extensively. I managed to listen to about 8 minutes of this and had to return it. The narrator's voice is about the worst I have ever heard. It grates.My negative comments are about the narration and do not in anyway reflect the content as I didn't get very far I am afraid. I will still get the book in a different format however.

WOW, Attention all Property investors, this book is a must read if you're wanting to get into any form of property investing.It outlines all areas of what to do and what not to do, and it's not written on opinion.... it's written on hard facts, which will save you money by learning from their true life story past and present.It's what I'd call "The Bible for property investors"Gary & Sophie

If you are just starting out in property this is a great book. Also worth following progressives training else where. Great company and bunch of people.

I bought this and "Make Cash in a Property Market Crash" (the blue one) at the same time, and once I finished one, I couldn't help but just move onto the next one straight away! Came across this book from a recommendation, and due to the reasonable price, I gave it a go - I wan't disappointed. Goes through all the fundamentals of property investing and changes your perception - the fundamentals are where the money is made! Can't complain with the free bonus content inside too, defiantly give this a read.
