I don’t often leave reviews, but I recently gave a negative one because I bought a monitor from this company and it didn’t display anything. That made me very frustrated. However, when I contacted the company, they responded with kindness and assured me they would send a replacement monitor right away. I was pleasantly surprised when the new monitor arrived quickly, and it works perfectly. I’m not just giving five stars for the product itself, but also for the excellent customer service.In an experience I shared, I mentioned that the first monitor I received didn’t work. Later, I realized the issue was due to a software driver problem. I felt it was unfair to keep both monitors, so I wrote to the company to explain that it was my mistake, the original monitor was actually functional, and asked how I could return one. They replied, saying I didn’t need to send any monitors back and could keep the extra one as a gift.

Okay so I’m not a gamer, but it’s a cool monitor as a second screen for work. Totally worth the price. It comes with the adapter cords for USB-C to USB-C and HDMI. You can adjust the brightness of it. It’s thin, and super easy to set up. I can’t speak to the sound quality as I don’t use those speakers.

We purchased this for my teen son to game and watch movies on. It has great picture and sound. When we ran into a technical glitch the company worked to correct the issue. When we couldn’t get it fixed they shipped a new one at no charge, even after the 30 day window.

This gaming monitor is OK. It has good picture quality but it is NOT easy to set up or change values. When we change my sons gaming video settings to HD this monitor looks dead! When switched to HD the colors are heavily muted almost like a sepia with very little color. So that is very disappointing. When we unswitch the HD setting for games it goes back to looking nice and normal, it's just weird. The adjustment capabilites are lacking here. Overall it's ok, and we've been using it for over a year.

This 1500R curvature is perfect imo. I am pretty happy with the quality of the screen overall. First I bought a Sansui OLED TV and was happy with the picture quality so I gave them a shot on this monitor. Did not disappoint!

So long story short, this company went above and beyond on replacing a defective monitor that arrived. I had successfully returned the monitor through Amazon and even gotten my money back. They had contacted me and sent me a free monitor and compensation for the bad one and I can’t say enough how much I wasn’t expecting this high quality of customer service. I went from a TV to this so much better even for your Xbox or console. It works great. I use it for my PC. It's not like the top of the line or anything but it's definitely worth the money. I ended up getting two of them

Listing claims that the monitor has built in speakers/headphone jack. It does NOT have either of those. Otherwise, the screen quality is good, but not perfect. I can't figure out how to adjust the contrast or set the screen mode to "custom" as the navigation buttons aren't easy to understand at all. Gaming on my steam deck connected to HDMI via dock is working very well, but as I said, this monitor (the 24 inch at least) does NOT have built in speakers nor a headphone jack.
