Since taking these Lipase capsules My digestive system has been able to deal more easily with any type of fats I eat.Good purchase.

These definitely make a difference. I am always sceptical of supplements etc as all too often you feel no difference but I have to say these do make a difference and have reduced bloating and gas considerably.

These seem to help when I eat something a bit fatty that is hard to digest. Happy with them.

Had a Lipase deficiency so started to use these. I think they are helping break down fat in my gut.

Each capsule contains 500 FIP of lipase, which is a little low, and the price is a little pricey for what it is. I normally take Enzymedica's Digest Gold which contains 4000 FIP lipase, or the fat specific Lypo Gold which contains 15,000 FIP of lipase. These supplements are obviously much more expensive. But taking that into account, this supplement is still a little underwhelming. But if you don't need huge amounts of lipase, it is ok.

Felt the difference after two weeks.

As with most tablets and supplements it's not always easy to see if they are making a difference, but we take them in the hope that they are. I am in that camp with these. They are easy to take, not too large and just the one per day, with no after taste that I have noticed.I like that they come in a box that isn't too large for the number of tablets you get and that there are no fillers.
