FREECOM 4X & SPIRIT HD BUNDLE

I did return this before I even opened the box because the the big 4X on the box had me under the impression it was a set of 4, but i did order another set of the freecom 4X, and it's absolutely amazing. The sound is great and being able to control everything with your voice helps avoid having to mess with the headset or phone while riding. My fiance is just learning to ride and this was a must have for me because with our old off-brand set you had to control everything with your hand, distracting her and she would end up in another lane or close to the curbs. Now that she can control her music and intercom hands free and keep her attention on the road, it really takes alot of worry away. It's worth the extra cost of other systems.

great sound quality. the mic works great. the speakers are much louder than what i had. the app could definitely use some work however.

The instructions provider with a product that not very clear or sufficient. And definitely not intuitive. Trying to get a hold of support is a nightmare, and when you do get a hold of them, at least the one that I was able to speak to, treated me like I'm an idiot and that I should know these things. I asked my question for the issue that I was trying to address, and instead of answering my question she went on to rattle on about something totally irrelevant that had nothing to do with the question that I asked. This company used to be good with support and a good product. But they have gone downhill on the support. I hope I don't need support again because I don't know if I can handle another episode of being lectured and given irrelevant information.

So im new to riding and got this set because everyone has it and it is EXPENSIVE. So, you know I'm expecting something in return for my money spent. The sound quality on the JBL speakers is phenomenal when riding fast or slow, but the biggest downfall is the horrible and poor speaker quality on every CARDO that is under 300 alone, there is no clarity from the SPIRT HD, HIGH DEFINETION...absolutely not clear. The value for money is really poor given that everyone uses these and are most likely having same problems. The duarability is even worse given that after 6 months of riding the everyday in rain or shine, JUST LIKE IT SAYS YOU CAN DO...the adhesive is peeling so now I'm risking my 300 cardo to fly off whenever I simply go forward...LIKE the functionality and waterproofing should not do that and actually just be strong and hold on to my 400 AGV helmet. I have only bad things to say about this CARDO brand and simply and just annoyed on the phone app that is confusing and just overall dysconnectivity when riding, even though my phone is right in front of me. SO 1/5 stars for this and lwk just gonna use airpods.
