Excellent quality and value for the price.
Worked right out of the box, easy to set up and replaced my win 10 Dell PC with no problems. Can't beat the prices on these refurbished computers, have been using them for years with no issues.

Dell refurbished Optiplex Desk top p.c.
I purchased this p.c. thinking your going to need a w 11 which I found false. Windows 8 9 10 will still work, just not backed up by Microsoft or updated. After researching many reviews. For what I use it for the price was right. It had glowing reviews. I got the bad apple out of the barrel.After activating it,found many things didn't work ( to many to list ) But one of the worse, after many hours of frustrations. No help from customer service. Called 3 times one I couldn't understand other left my ph # One never called back,other in the evening when I wasn't home, I called back, never heard again. Sending it back. There customer service leaves a lot to be desired.If there is really one

Great deal, super-fast. All I needed for web surfing, email and general computer stuff.
Great deal. I bought this to replace a 3-year-old refurbished Dell with Windows 10. So, since I needed Windows 11, I got this refurbished Dell. It is super-fast, was easy to get going, and all my saved web pages carried over. A few learning aspects with Windows 11 versus 10, but that's to be expected.

Good Buy PC
Everything has worked very well so far the product is in good shape and booted up great with no issues. The price was so much lower than an equivalent new o e and everything installed quickly.

No wifi
Id love to change my review but i cant connect to the internet... its a nice computer that says it come with internal wifi... mine did not it wont even show availabile wifi? Id love some help or feed back from selling but theres no section to ask seller

The answer is not in the symptoms.
I was having a lot of trouble with my desktop computer with buffering and such, I kept calling my internet provider thinking it was a connection problem, ha I ordered this processor and voila, now it's running like superman, faster than a speeding bullet! I love it and I love the speed it came to me.

Terrible product!!!!
Stopped working after 2 months and no way to delete all personal information since there is no way to get it to start up again. Going to loose all my $$$ since I can’t return it . Terrible product.

It came out of the box and would not turn on and no lights not even the fan came on and i checked everything I would recommend to be careful before buying it
