They worked exactly how were supposed to work I don't know what these other people are talking about other than if they did the same thing I did miss the o-rings and didn't put them in there cuz that was the only thing that made him not leak so I mean as long as they're put together correctly for me that worked

These were great. I had to adapt from a metric to an inch plumbing fitting. These were perfect!!!

Perfect fit for standard 3/8" shut off valve with compression fit. If possible swap small O ring with a taller and wider rubber O ring found in common compression fitting at hardware stores. I made my own with 3/8" swivel coupling and 1/2" to 3/8" adapter; all compression fittings before I found this adapter.

The o-ring inside this adaptor is way too thin and small than typical o-rings that would work. With the original o-ring it leaks no matter how tight you screw it on.I have the comparison in the picture. The left one comes with this adaptor. The right one is what I got from adapter adaptor with the same size. You see the thinkness and volume difference. The right one work with the adaptor and no more leaks. The original o-ring will leak.
