Got value for the price on the printer I received
Works perfectly fine as a manufacturer warranty device even although it could have been returned by a person who try it once a few times. I believe it was cleaned and tested before shipping it out since it looks new. As B on gas it has the same or longer warranty as the new printer, it great for me since the valves saving is good for me. I conveyed from color to this black and white printer since it was all that I needed. Color it’s nice but it seemed that I needed to change cartridges more often since the colors where not as clean or touch over time. One printer I received was in like new condition although I hoped everyone would have the same experience. Great value for what was pent. Print quality is good.

Refurbished HP LaserJet defective
Being disabled I live on a limited budget. I tried to purchase an HP LaserJet that had been refurbished. It was defective. I ended up having to send it back to Amazon and purchase a full priced HP LaserJet. I spent well over an hour on the telephone with HP support and another country and got nowhere. As a result, I won't trust anything that says refurbished on it in the future.

The HP printer with copier and scanner is a great addition to my home office. This printer is professional and operates with ease

Perfect
Needed a small business printer to embark on my new business. Wish me luck! For refurbished, it surely looks new. All the screens had protectant, looks like it’s never been touched. Set up was a breeze, turned it on & connected to WiFi/hp app. Simple! Adjusted the time on the main screen and did a print test. Test was quick and quiet. Perfection! Ink was full, all plugs/parts. Looks and works like brand new for half the price! Happy customer here!
