Well I waited 3 weeks to write a review. Burn Evolve 2.0 did indeed help me loose weight and reduced my BMI. I couldn't get under 145lbs (I'm now 140lbs), I couldn't get my PBF under 24% (I'm 19%). Now I do weight train 3-4 times a week and I have a high protein diet already and I still couldn't get my numbers where I wanted them. As soon as I got my package I started taking 2 pills a day in the am with my morning breakfast or shake. My energy level was great NOW what I want to see is when I finish the bottle will the numbers go back up or will I be able to maintain what I have.

I purchased Burn Evolved 2.0 with the expectation that it would support my health and fitness goals, based on the company's extensive claims of quality, safety, and effectiveness. However, after only one week of use, I experienced a severe allergic reaction. My face became inflamed, swollen, and covered in painful red patches, while my arms broke out in itchy, uncomfortable bumps.This was an alarming and completely unacceptable experience, especially considering that I followed all usage instructions and have no history of allergic reactions to supplements. I placed my trust in this product because of its promises of clean ingredients and safety standards — clearly, that trust was misplaced.Not only was this a frightening physical experience, but it was also incredibly disappointing after investing my time, money, and faith in Burn Evolved 2.0. No customer should have to suffer these kinds of side effects from a product that markets itself as safe.I strongly urge anyone considering this supplement to proceed with extreme caution. What happened to me should not happen to anyone else.

I have taken this product for 90 days straight without fail (Burn Evolved). I was interested in cutting body fat while maintaining my strength. I did not change my exercise routine while taking it (I lift at the gym 5 days a week, I run 5 miles 6 days a week, 1 rest day a week). When I started taking this product, I was 6'2" 232 lbs (Oh... I am male and 50 years old). My maximum bench press was 375 lbs. I DID cut my diet to follow something more similar to ScuptNation's diet plan (without following their recipes, more about Carb cycling and eating small meals every 3 hours to reach a maximum caloric intake of 2,800 calories a day). After 90 days, I am now 208 lbs. My maximum bench press fell off to 350 lbs. I am noticeably thinner and I have definitely lost fat. Though my strength fell off a little, I am certain that the majority of my weight loss has come from fat. I only give this product 4 stars, because I believe the weight loss has more to do with the diet program than the pill... however, I am CERTAIN that this pill helps the body focus on weight reduction by reducing fat cells as opposed to muscle cells. The pills are standard capsule size. There is a little after-taste, but not terrible. I didn't feel any different while taking them, and experienced neither difficulties nor benefits in digestion, energy, or recovery. I WOULD recommend this product, but NOT as a stand-alone for weight-loss. Diet and exercise is a must. As far as cost and comparisons are concerned, I don't generally take supplements. Taking this pill was a first for me, so I have nothing else to compare it to.

no results on this product yet to early to tell vut I dont feel a boost of energy or hasn't stopped any food cravings so ill submit another post if I see changes but so far none

Gives plenty of energy without feeling jittery
