Overall this is a fantastic product for the price. Love the look and feel, people compliment my lock which is saying something. I like the voice feedback and self locking. Install was very easy and straightforward.I don't love the app connectivity. It's a little wonky because you basically have to wake the lock by touching it or interacting with it in order to control it with the app. So to change codes or any other settings I essentially have to be next to the lock. The fingerprint reader is so so, works well for me, others have mixed results. As long as they have a code it's not a huge deal. I guess I would say don't count on it to be 100%, have a backup just in case. All in all I'm happy with the quality.

I bought this as an alternative to spending $250 on the name-brand version. I checked the reviews and thought it was worth a try. When it arrived, it was extremely easy to install, and worked right out of the box. I set up the code and it worked fine. I tried to set up the fingerprint recognition and although the app said it was OK, I never once was able to get it to work. I wasn’t too worried about it as long as the keypad worked. Two days in and I was really pleased with myself, and then when my wife tried to open the door, none of the lights lit up. I replaced the batteries and it worked fine again. Until the next day and nothing worked. The numbers did not light up, it didn’t respond, the app wouldn’t open up the door either. Luckily someone was in the house. I removed the back of the lock, moved the batteries around a little bit and it started to work again. Now it only works if you take the battery out and put it back in before you use it. This obviously does not help when nobody else is in the house. The autolock function doesn’t work either. I now have to buy the expensive namebrand one because we are worried we are going to be locked out of our house. In theory, this is a great product at a great price, but it’s totally unreliable.

The old smart lock at home broke, and today I had a new one installed based on a friend’s recommendation. This lock has a larger panel that perfectly covers the marks left by the previous one. The installation is currently in progress, and I’m already impressed! It looks great, works smoothly, and has powerful features—including the ability to connect to a mobile app. Highly satisfied so far!

I like this smart door lock very much. The lock head is heavy, which is good. I like its fingerprint function, which is very convenient. It also has a traditional key to unlock when the battery is dead, which makes me feel safe. There is a QR code in its manual that can be scanned to watch the video installation tutorial, which makes installation very simple.

It was easy to install but I am having trouble with the tech side. I installed fringer prints but it doesn't always work. Very frustrating. I bought it because of the many aids in unlocking the door. So when one doesn't work I can use another. I like that it relocks automatically and I can set the time. It fit nicely on my door, I like the compact look.There is a voice that announces "door open or door closed". It's not to loud. I just installed so I hope to like it more in the next few days.
