RenshawVegan Buttercream Style Soft Icing - Vanilla 400 g (Pack of 1)

Used this for icing biscuits.I loosened it off with a tiny amount of water and a drop of food colouring and it set perfectly. I didn’t use the entire tub for the biscuits, so I keptIt in the cupboard and it was just as good about 10 days later (I had replaced the lid immediately) so was great value as we got to bake twice with one pot. We actually still have a some left. Far less mess involved too!

I buy this for Xmas gingerbread etc but recently I haven’t found it in shops. It’s great to use and it’s already made up. One thing though is it defiantly needs to be packed better. I ordered 3 , 2 came together and they were fine but the 3rd one came with another package on different delivery and the tub was cracked, it’s just thrown in with a bit of brown paper. So be mindful when u receive it to check for cracks. It can be put in airtight container or a jar and used within 2 weeks if it has.

Item was damaged, wasn’t impressed as it’s fresh food product that I needed to use there and then on my daughters birthday cake.

This is lovely smooth icing and sets well. It is easy to colour it with gel food paste. It is enough for two 8 inch sponges.
