Sharp!!! The blade is thin so they are ligth weight Wich are great for me (carpal tunel :/) love the color, I open the drawer and find them immediately or when I ask for a knife I say "the blue one" "the red one", because they're so sharp the cover us a must.

I've owned many, many Zyliss knives. They're sharp, easy to hold and very reasonably priced. The main reason that I've had to replace them: I learned way too late how to properly care for them.Do NOT put these knives in the dishwasher. The extreme heat from the water and the dry cycle will eventually dry out and crack the handles, with pieces of the handle chipping off. And, for some reason washing them in the dishwasher also causes them to rust. No clue why, but it does.Since I've started washing and drying my Zyliss knives by hand, they are lasting so much longer. The only reason I replace them is due to constant use, which eventually dulls the blade to the point that sharpening doesn't help. At that point, I toss it and buy a new one. But that takes a long time -- and I use certain knives every single day, multiple times per day.As I've stated, these knives are super sharp. Always cut down and away from yourself, unless you want to end up in the ER getting stitches.
